Famous Fried Chicken & Burgers

I went to this place for the first time for lunch. I was pleasantly greeted by i believe was the owner of the place. I told him it was my first visit and he could suggest me their best burger. He told me try swisslicuious... it took him 5 to 7 mins to prepare it, he even gave me a complementary garlic sauce. The burger was super amazing, fries were fresh and warm and i loved every bit of the burger. Price was pretty reasonable and i loved the food. Would def recommend and will surely come again hungry for more 😋.

We’ve been here more than 20x and I realized I haven’t made a review yet so here it is. The owners are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food is delicious. Freshly cooked. We usually order burger, fried chicken and fries. The location is very convenient. They have special promo and discounts. The price is also affordable. They also have student meals.

Any time I’ve eaten here they have always gone out of their way to make sure the experience is an excellent one. Food is always fresh, those who are working are always polite, the prices are super fair, and it seems they have a genuine desire to make sure you’re taken care of. I wish more businesses in general would take inspiration from this one.

I have been coming to this hidden gem of a restaurant since they opened in 2022 and have yet to be disappointed! The food quality has remained consistently delicious, great value for money, and the owners John and Janet are really awesome people. My go-to menu item is the Wraptor (tandoori chicken wrap), though the poutines, burgers and chicken wings are excellent as well.

Really a hidden gem in the neighborhood. You can tell that they source fresh ingredients and the food tastes SO GOOD. The owner is very nice too. Definitely becoming my go to spot for fried chicken!

I had my daughters first bday party and we catered from famous fried chicken and the service and food was amazing. This is my go to go for all my events now. You guys made our night very enjoyable with the tasty food. Thank you. Highly recommend! John you the man!!!!

Pros: Friendly staff, HUGE portions, great taste, clear menu, not too greasy Cons: parking Great little place right on the corner of Pharmacy and Lawrence. Good location, food is great with much bigger servings than i expected. Tastes different than the big chain locations (good thing). Not overly greasy considering its fried chicken.The fries and onion rings are amazing. A must try if youre a chicken fan. Parking can get a little tight in the parking lot.

The in-store order and takeout process was smooth with friendly staff. Decent wait time for the size of order. The fried chicken pieces were well portioned, very moist inside, and crispy on the outside, even after a 30 minute car ride, which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t too salty like other places and they weren’t greasy either. Honey garlic wings had the option of sauce on side or tossed in. I ordered them tossed in and they did a great job coating it and hit the right balance without drenching everything in sauce. These were pretty juicy as well. The Heavyweight Burger was also pretty good with the fried egg with the yolk being just runny enough to add some depth to the burger when biting into it. The kids liked their Swisslicious Burger, Hot Dog, mashed potatoes, and poutine too. Looking forward to going back again to reorder and try some of the other things on the menu!
