Terrible Experience at the Fallsview Buffet. I recently dined at the Fallsview Buffet restaurant for the New Year’s Eve dinner, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. What was meant to be a celebratory evening turned out to be a huge disappointment, primarily due to the shockingly poor quality of the food. For the price we paid ($170 pp), I expected a much better dining experience, but what we received was nothing short of disgraceful. The buffet consisted mostly of what seemed to be packet and frozen foods that had simply been reheated. The flavours were bland, and the presentation was lacklustre. It was hard to believe that this was the standard they were offering, especially on such a special night. To add insult to injury, it was apparent that many guests shared our sentiments. Plates were left abandoned all around the restaurant, and it was no surprise that a significant number of diners chose to leave well before the midnight fireworks. The food was so unappetising that celebrating the New Year became an afterthought. Overall, I would not recommend the Fallsview Buffet to anyone. For the price charged, you expect a memorable dining experience, but instead, we were met with disappointment and dissatisfaction. Save your money and find a restaurant that truly values quality and customer experience.

Loved the view and the food. Their lunch buffet had just enough variety for everyone to be happy. They had what I believe to be chicken thighs. Just stay away from that. It was awful. But everything else was genuinely delicious.

The seating by the window is arranged side-by-side to maximize space, which feels a bit unconventional. While the view is absolutely stunning, the breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of food quality, making the cost feel a bit high for what’s offered.

Only Atmosphere is worth the visit but if you are hoping for somewhat decent food. This is a JOKE !!! Absolutely junk food in a Restaurant in a “fancy” Hotel. This is the biggest disappointment of our Niagara stay. Marriott should be ashamed.

This buffet offers a medium to low grade quality of food selections and is matched with a similar level of service. The views of the falls are some of the best in the area, making a dining experience here almost worth the cost. This buffet has always been a family tradition during our visits to the area and it's disappointing to see the quality slide over time because we remember when the food and service was as good as the atmosphere. I can't speak about the breakfast buffet because we only went for dinner. They do validate for self-parking, so that is a convenient perk.

Our tour operator the Zoom Tours had a dinner buffet arranged for 30 of us tourists. The buffet was $65 plus extra for the drinks. One of the reasons we were here is to view from the 13th floor Niagara Falls during night and the Fireworks. It was the best view. The food and service were not that great. It’s like a Piccadilly or or some other cheap buffet place. The very young boys and girls non Canadian just didn’t know what was their duty or not trained properly. The tables were not cleared as table of 6 of us have to stacked dirty dishes on our table. The hot food was not hot at all as buffet stations may have warmer issues. Lots of verities of vegetables and few vegetarian dishes. It’s best not to dine here and purchase dining options on the tour options.

Just a great place for a meal and a view ! Greeted by Luis who was sure to give us a table with a view, George, personally checked to see if everything was okay or could he get us anything and Ally, who took away multiple plates and made sure we had something to drink ! Very clean and orderly place. It is hard to pick a favourite, ribs were good for a second helping, roast beef was excellent, very nice pasta for balance, some seafood. fresh salads ! And the desserts were beyond good, says mister three pieces of cake. Highly recommended and will repeat !

I came here with my husband for breakfast on a weekday. We arrived at 11:00AM (brunch/breakfast closes at 11:30). I had made reservations and requested to be seated by the window with a nice view of the falls and I got exactly what I asked for. The host was very friendly and had an inviting smile. The servers were always around to remove dirty plates and allow us to enjoy the view without clutter. They also were prompt with bringing us coffee which tasted amazing. The staff on the phone were also very friendly when I called them to make changes to the reservation. They told us we can stay and enjoy our table as long as we want after brunch service was done, so we did not feel rushed (since we arrived late). The view is fantastic of course, I think I much prefer the daytime view compared to the nighttime but that's just my opinion. We were blessed to have a beautiful sunny day out which elevated the experience further. I think price was reasonable $35/person during breakfast and lunch and $50/person for dinner. There was plenty of variety and lots to choose from, guaranteed to satisfy every taste. There were not many small plates and bowls and I think it's because they were starting to get busy with lunch service, but it wasn't a big deal as we were able to find big plates to use. I had the vegetarian omelet, with some tofu scramble, pancake, waffle, and some other pastries. everything was tasting good, but I will admit it's nothing to rave home about. The taste of food is just good. I say this because I want to make it clear that the value is mostly in the atmosphere and view rather than the food itself. They had a small balcony too for people to take pictures outside, which is a fantastic idea! You get a nice view of all the falls to capture the moment and memory. I'll come back again soon!
