Hi guys, I'm gonna start my comments with the Vodka rose pasta: perfectly cooked 👌, but needs more punch, more flavor...Regarding the pizza, it was good 👍 I would have liked it more spicy but it is personal preference.

I didn’t think I was hungry, but then I walked by this store and saw the pizza and realized that I hadn’t eaten in a while and a slice, or rather a square, might be nice. And nice it was. Very happy with the grown-up decision to have pizza for lunch. Felt like the good ol’ middle school days of pizza day, but this was a more mature tasting pizza and I didn’t have to go to school to eat it. Well…technically I had to go to school to be able to get a job downtown that enables me to afford paying for the grown-up pizza that I had on a weekday. So…I guess school is important. Thank you for the pizza and the mental clarity.

Pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Haven’t had the pasta yet but the pizza slice is pretty good. Served as a square, crunchy crust. For $7 or whatever it’s fine. Had the Hero sandwich, this didn’t look impressive once unwrapped but it was full of flavour and absolutely delicious. It was $20… so it better be! It didn’t disappoint. Staff is noticeably friendly.

I got the Pesto Fetticine Alfredo for 20 bucks. There's barely any sauce, I feel like I'm just eating fetticine. Oh and I just realized there's chicken in it... Very few pieces. I'd say skip!

Great pizza spot in the path! I've always walked past it and wanted to give this place a shot. Checked out the reviews and had to try Fabbrica for lunch. Fresh, hot and delicious pizza. I got the pepperoni square slice and it was FIRE! Crispy crust and full of flavour - also you have to try the dip, it was super fresh and complimented the pizza wonderfully. Definitely will be coming here to try the sandwiches, pasta and maybe just everything on the menu :).

*Updated 2024* New smash burger on the menu at the Fabbrica in the path, and it's real good. It's got a great bun, bourbon bacon jam with a double patty. Was definitely a nice surprise to see on the menu since there aren't really any great burgers near me at work.

Tried the funghi (good variety of mushrooms) and the one with rapini (no pic). Both were pretty good. Service is fast and organized. I did eat it with a knife and fork but the crust was baked nicely so you might as well just eat it with your hands. Pizza is thick crust (deep dish/pan?). I prefer thin crust but the pizza was good...i’m a sucker for truffle oil. The party i went with enjoyed their pizzas as well. Not much seating. Haven’t tried their hot table or pastas. Good addition to The Path.
