Welcome to Evviva! We are open every day at 7am to serve joy and celebrate new beginnings! That joy consists of fresh and preservative-free breakfast dishes, signature brunch cocktails and other alcoholic drinks, friendly customer service with a smile, and a cozy and cheerful atmosphere. We are the perfect setting for coffee catch ups, business lunches, and special celebrations! Good is not always expensive! The food was solid, pretty balanced and consistent, I was thinking if there were sauce on the sandwiches and burgers or something else to flavour it. The long fries flopped a bit but I understand it's a filler. A few didn't develop a thin skin that fries should have during cooking that wraps the soft centre, and was completely white. This is my first time though and the service was fantastic. The servers there are ready and aware and genuinely comforting and nice to speak to. The atmosphere reflects the restaurant and their food, and was a great overall experience with a space that brightened our morning.

This a a fantastic spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch! I've dined here 3 times and the service has been consistently excellent. On our most recent visit, our server, Jenny, was wonderful. Despite arriving in the middle of a busy rush, she remained calm, composed, and attentive, checking in with our table multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and friendliness made our experience even better! Highly recommend Evivva for its great food, elegant dining room and outstanding service!

What a pleasant surprise. I've been in this shopping area a number of times and I've never noticed this place. I'm glad we visited today for lunch. Bright, welcoming stylish design. Service from hostess to server was first rate and the food was delicious. We both had the Montreal Smoked Meat. The generous sandwich came with fries and a salad. Perfect. In the midst of the chaos of shopping, I highly recommend taking a break at Evviva.

No fruits, I'm on a nutritional plan and asked for fruit instead of salad or fries. I was told that is not an option, and to pick either the salad or fries seemed off. My wife and son love the place the service was great. They need more flexibility with menu choices.

Amazing place to have brunch with your bestie! I’m in love with the decoration as well. So refreshing! The food is also really good and tasty. Great for picky eaters to try new things that tastes good. Highly recommended!!

It may be on a pricier side but looks like solid choice for breakfast/ brunch! I ordered matcha latte and smocked salmon egg benedict and the taste was fine. The interior and the presentation of the dishes are appealing and the location is good.

I went there by myself at around 12.45 . I didn't have a reservation. Was informed about a rough wait time of 20 minutes. However I was called up within 10 minutes. Quick and efficient. My server was great and my food was with me in about 5 minutes! Good portion and the salad was really tasty with the right amount of citrus ND orange flavours to go with it. Great atmosphere and was very nice to go out on a gloomy rainy Sunday. P.s. the candy cake themed Christmas tree was very cute.
