Good food at good prices. Can’t complain. We’ve got delivery from multiple restaurants recently and realized many of them are in this building. We stopped by for take out yesterday and it’s super cool and convenient.

Sushi Hub - stay away from this place! I ordered from this sushi place for a special date night, only to be completely disappointed. The restaurant recently moved but sent pick-up instructions with the OLD location, leading to confusion and frustration. We ended up driving to the wrong place and then had to go out of our way to the new location. To make things worse, there was no phone number available to reach a manager to address the issue, and despite the extra time and hassle, no refund or compensation was offered for our wait and inconvenience. This mix-up really ruined our evening. Highly unprofessional – I won’t be coming back!

Came to Etobicoke cloud kitchen today and placed an order with Fusion Burger and Wah Biriyani and waited for 20 mins. Then we were informed by a person there that this restaurant was permanently closed 2 weeks back. On calling the restaurant number, a man and a lady spoke to us saying that it is their personal number and they have nothing to do with the restaurant. Lost $50 for this order and no food on top of it. Please do not place an order at the cloud kitchen console up front without making sure with someone there if the kitchen is actually available. We have had good experience with the Dum Biryani place here before, but now not sure we will come back here to try any other kitchen. I am unable to DM Etobicoke eats over Google. Plus I have been trying to call the manager over a number the person from lockport gave me and the calls are going to a voicemail that is not configured. This is extremely frustrating as I cannot raise a concern and get a refund.

Almost 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting for SMOKE STACK BURGERS to issue my refund. Why is it taking so long? Walked in and ordered and paid through the kiosk touch screen. About 20 minutes later I asked about my food. That’s when the woman behind the counter told me they canceled my order because the restaurant I ordered with was closed. I asked about my refund and was told I had to wait 2 days. Got into an argument with someone else there. Waste of my time.

Very wierd backdoor pickup location. What is really bothersome is the cleanliness of the facility. Washroom didn’t have soap or sanitizers. The pickup area is generally dirty. The food is pretty good depending on the “restaurant”. However I don’t know if this is someplace I’d trust to eat after coming in to pickup myself. Sadly I wish I could give a better review because the people are really nice.

I ordered wings through Uber with Honey garlic coated wings. Once I received it, the whole package was leaking with honey garlic sauce, all fries soaked wet with sauce but not the wings and it was super messy. I don’t like soggy fries and unflavoured wings??? The package was presented horizontally, which it should not since there was sauce in there. Now I have to, instead of enjoying my meals, clean my working desk. Why!???

If I could put negative star , I would. As you can see I waited 35 minutes for the food. Then at 10:30 a girl said are you waiting for this restaurant? I said yes . she said they already left!!! So technically I waited for 35 minutes for nothing. I spent money , waited and now nobody is here to answer! At this time 10:30 pm I have to go home without food because most of the restaurants close at 10:30. Lady said I can’t do anything, call them and tell the situation!!!!!
