estiatorio Milos Toronto is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.

Preparing a freshly-caught sea bream or a just-harvested oyster is being in touch with nature in its purest form. Yet this great privilege comes with a condition. And that’s no other than to use ingredients that will help bring out even more of that freshness. As we brush a hand across a bush of Greek thyme or scoop up a handful of sea salt, we find the connection to nature to be just as electrifying. And at Milos, this is precisely the feeling that we try to bring to the table every day.

Celebrated my birthday and New Years Eve here. Our table host was super fun, hospitable, and friendly. Restaurant staff was professional and accommodating to my girlfriend who set up a suitable table for the occasion a month in advance. The food is immaculate. Fish, vegetables, and sour dough bread were grilled perfect. Pomegranate drink was fantastic, as were the desserts and tea. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic evening. Restaurant was fully booked last night, and the voice noise levels were not bothersome like I've found other restaurants. You can have a normal conversation without having to yell at your partner. The high ceilings may have something to do with this. The table distances are spaced well, which is a first. Whoever thought of this knew how annoying it is to be involved in others' private conversations.

One of the best fine dining experiences i have ever had. The food is so fresh and made with the highest quality ingredients. You can feel it when you eat. We had gone for lunch and had the prefix menu. The Milo's special with Zucchini chips was very delectable. The service right from the entrance, coat check and the table was par excellence. The location is a beautiful old building. The work with the display of various foods was lovely and something very different. Must visit place in Toronto.

Our first time to this high end Mediterranean restaurant. Great vibe and ultra cool interior. Impeccable detail to service + drinks Our starter was octopus and it was very tasty , not rubbery and highly recommend The green salad was fresh and done nice with a lemon vinaigrette, not overpowering Mains was halibut which is my go too on any fish menu , great portion (8-10 oz) and perhaps best I’ve had in the city. Well done Chef. The salmon was our other main, portion was very nice but it did lack flavour. Overall this restaurant deserves a 4.5/5, will revisit and try other items on this extensive menu.

I was very excited to come here even tho I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews. Me and my family came here for a pre - Christmas celebration and we all left super full and satisfied. What really persuaded me to come for a visit was their fresh seafood market. Me and my family love seafood so the concept of choosing your own seafood was very enticing. The kitchen was super accommodating to our few dinner requests so that was very much appreciated. The wine sommelier came over and helped us choose a wine and it was the perfect chef kiss to go along with the food. Highly recommend everyone to use them to your advantage! The highlights of the night I would have to say are: octopus, Milos special, and lamb. You can really taste the authenticity and freshness of every ingredient, produce, and spreads of every single dish we ordered. Would say this place is definitely worth a visit if you want to treat yourself to something special

Fantastic new restaurant in Toronto. The Fresh seafood and side pairing is an exceptional experience for everyone to try at least once. Photos and videos are of the Greek salad, tartar, grilled octopus, and fresh branzino 2lb fish of the day . We also had the Milos special, crab cake, and a pasta dish which were both delicious as well. Restaurant is quite busy so grabbing a drink at the bar while waiting is a nice way to see the other side of the establishment. Dining area is separated into two rooms and it was a full house when we were there! Service and wine was excellent. Definitely going back!

Had a great dining experience and Milos. The atmosphere fit the high end setting of the restaurant and the food was also fresh and great quality. Although the food was delicious (the octopus was 10/10) and offered classic Mediterranean assortments, nothing was too special. The highlight of the night was definitely our server who was very knowledgeable, recommended excellent dishes and gave a tour of the marketplace. Overall, Milos was a memorable restaurant and could be the spot for a nice dinner night or a special occasion.

I recently visited Milos in Toronto, and as someone who’s enjoyed the experience at their locations in NYC, Montreal, and Miami, I can confidently say the design and atmosphere here are in line with their high standards. The space is elegant, offering that same sleek, upscale vibe that makes it perfect for a refined lunch, though it’s a bit challenging to find parking nearby. When it comes to the food, Milos delivers solid quality—fresh ingredients, well-executed dishes, and no surprises. The menu isn’t particularly inventive, but it’s a safe bet for anyone craving classic Mediterranean seafood. We opted for the 2lbs fish to share, but I found the $150 price tag for that a bit steep. Transparency on market prices would have been appreciated, especially since it wasn’t clear upfront what the cost would be. The wine pairing was another area that could use some improvement. While the selection was good, the portion was on the smaller side. They could do better by asking how many ounces a guest would like at lunch, especially given the premium pricing. That said, the grilled calamari was fantastic—one of the standout dishes. But we had to specifically request that it be grilled, as it’s usually served fried, which felt a bit off given the reputation of the restaurant. Overall, I’m feeling a bit mixed about the experience. The food quality was excellent, but the pricing and small service details left me wanting more for what we paid. Still, it’s a good choice if you're looking for a high-end seafood experience in Toronto.

My friend and I had the most lovely evening at Milos. The moment you step into the restaurant you know you’re gonna have a good experience. Such a beautiful interior the staff are friendly and accommodating. We ordered the tomato salad and Milos special to start and the big eye tuna, wild mushrooms, and Greek fries for our main. I highly recommend going with a group that likes to do family style. Everything was beyond delicious. The Milos special is an absolute must try and the tomato salad was a classic Greek salad had exceptional flavour, so fresh, the feta was amazing. Also Holly, our server, was so kind and took great care to make our meal enjoyable. Thank you!
