Est. 2020 Restaurant and Lounge

So the lounge is a nice set up. The music is good. Stick with wings, tacos and fries for food. The servers or bottle girls are awful. They are slow and u have to ask them 2or 3 times over the course of an hour to do something. The establishment needs to replace these ladies IMMEDIATELY.

One of the biggest and finest lounges in Toronto.. if you are looking for a club with afro-Caribbean music, this place is highly recommended. The DJs here are number one. Sound system is of the highest quality… Thank me later

ok service but server who served us was really nice. Lost my jacket most of the workers helped to look but when someone showed us camera footage they only showed us some parts😂😂 I was there the whole time and left the jacket at another booth and within 5 minutes it was gone. nobody seemed to have a recollection of where it went. if anyone seems to mysteriously have a recollection of seeing a black leather jacket and a blue jean jacket you know how to contact me

Pros: the dj was good. Feedback: 1. Waitresses did not come to our table unless we literally went to them or prompted them. They were not friendly and lacked professionalism and customer service. 2. Our food was cold, mostly because our waitress was too busy smoking hookah to bring the food. We had to track our waitress down to let her know. The waitress came once when the owner noticed our discontent. When they finally remade the food, it came back cold AGAIN because it was sitting there while the waitress sat in her section smoking hookah. 3. The bartender was the only one serving us because we just so happened to be sitting next to his date, whom he frequently visited during his shift. He even got a whole lap dance from her. I didn't realize we were signing up for dinner and a show :| 4. When we requested the bill, the waitress did not interact with us at all. Once the signature was signed, she walked away without so much as a thank you. 5. The owner observed from a distance and sat down rather than serving the customers or keeping his staff accountable. This establishment demonstrated an utter lack of professionalism and decorum on every front. The only way I would return is if there is entirely new management, staff that value customer service. This being a "hospitality" business serving is at the core of the job. They behaved as though asking for napkins, a menu, the food brought to us was inconveniencing them from smoking their hookah. It's sad that we wanted to support this BOB and drove 45 minutes north for it only to be met with this level of disrespect and utter lack of professionalism.

This establishment has NOT failed as far as service, comfort, food and more. I didnt know what to expect when I first came for a casual birthday outing for me- but was BEYOND pleased with the food and the staff! The women were beautiful and so pleasant. I went back the following week with more of my friends and I continued to support this establishment WEEKLY

I got the Jerk Chicken Alfredo and it was so bland. We tried to ask for more salt but the restaurant didn’t have salt packets which is kinda crazy. The portion was very small. The texture of the pasta was fine but there wasn’t enough sauce. It was very dry. I wouldn’t come back here to order food. Even when I complained about my meal no one really took my concerns seriously. Definitely not worth the price.

Unfortunately did not see these reviews prior to attending this establishment but was aware of their "unexpected maintenance" from their IG. If true, would definitely have more respect for the company if they identified that they had a COVID19 outbreak which prompted their "unexpected maintenance" rather than having us believe there was renovations taking place. The service at this establishment needs major improvement - ordered water for the table, only one water was brought and ordered a shisha lamp that never came. Since reopening they did seem to follow the 50 person capacity indoors, they took temperatures at the door and ensured masks prior to entering. Still no contact tracing, so if they find themselves in a similar situation again I guess we will just have to take an unexpected maintenance via IG as a COVID19 outbreak.
