Reserved for the afternoon tea, maybe it was a Sunday so just a little crowded. The food itself I would give 4 star but for sure 5 star excellent service!

Jerico was hands down our favorite part of our trip. We really enjoyed chatting with him 3 days in a row. We tried a variety of food items. Oysters day 1, afternoon tea experience day 2, and flatbreads day 3. All were phenomenal but the team really blew us away when we mentioned to our tea hostess we’d come the night before and were just obsessed with Gorgonzola with sunflower seed bread and honey that was served in the wine bar on property. The next thing we knew, the young man with the beautiful curly hair (manager?), surprised us with that item at our table for our friend who was under the weather the night before. Unfortunately we didn’t catch his name, but between that gentleman, Jerico, and Kennedy, we had the absolute best time. I can’t say enough nice things about our experience and I can’t wait to return.

Lovely upscale bar inside The Ritz-Carlton with multi dining space including a very nice patio. The atmosphere here is fantastic. We stayed in one of their smaller rooms to enjoy drinks and small appetizers. Staff here is friendly and very helpful. I ordered a Vignette which is one of their lighter herbaceous cocktails. It caught my attention right away as ingredients included oolong tea and pandan infused vodka. Didn't taste much of these flavours unfortunately and it was more on the sour lemon-lime side. We also tried their sea salt and thyme fries. It tasted amazing and we ended up placing a repeat order. Skinny fries are served here and not the thick cut ones.

3 stars for food, five stars for service! Wanted to try high tea for the first time and decided to go somewhere nicer. The most delightful part was definitely the warm scone which was recommended to be eaten first. Otherwise the savoury sandwiches lacked substance and weren’t very memorable. Desserts were ok, not very punchy. Tea options were nice though. At this price bracket, I definitely would have expected better.

This is a beautiful spot to do brunch/lunch or just just hang out with friends at the bar outside. The atmosphere gives off European 😍 You sure won’t go wrong regardless of which occasion you choose.

The best hidden tropical patio in downtown! I went there to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was fantastic. The servers were so kind and accommodating, even after we kept asking to change our seats multiple times—she didn’t hesitate at all. Thank you so much to her for that. The food was amazing, and the fries were the best we've ever had. We enjoyed them so much that we ordered more! Overall, it was an incredible experience.

This place is inside the hotel. The food is simply fantastic - We tried quite a few dishes on the menu and each one was absolutely delicious, with high-quality ingredients. But what really sets this restaurant apart was the exceptional service provided by our server, Alexis. She was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, making sure we had everything we need. The overall vibe of the restaurant is also really inviting, with a cozy, stylish atmosphere that's perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion.

My partner and I came to EPOCH during a stay at the hotel, and ordered off of the Summerlicious set menu. The food was good, and fit perfectly for a nice quick lunch nearby as we wrapped up our stay. We found the service to be a bit cold, seemed like the waitress was maybe having an off day - so I don’t except this is always the case, but it did put us off a bit and felt a little unwelcoming. Overall it was a good experience, the food was tasty, and the location was convenient.
