Canceled my order last minute when we've got a full house and pre-ordered this morning. How is that even possible!? Never buying anything from here again.

Amazing food , always order in but each time it’s always delicious. The best wonton soup in town 8 wontons for the price of 4 at regular restaurants. Unfortunately even though they are open til 11 I can’t order through Skip as it says they are closed and their phone number won’t work so I can’t even get an order placed so we go to South City which actually still delivers without having a delivery app. South city is just as amazing luckily. It’s only 8pm on a Saturday night how can they not be taking orders still?

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Just because it “tastes good” doesn’t mean it’s safe!!! I went here with my friend and son and decided to sit and eat. There is only 1 table a large round one in the middle of the room. The place is not for dine in. They have all the other tables and chairs stacked on the side with cases of soda and water piled on them. The atmosphere was not welcoming normally I wouldn’t even eat in a place that looked the way that it did, but I was told the food was good so I decided to give it a chance. The older woman there pretty much hovered over us watching us eat. When I asked for napkins, straws, extra cutlery she just tossed them on the table unprotected. She never wiped the table down or anything. She just continued to stare at us as if we had intentions to steal something. When all we wanted to do was eat in peace. Halfway through my meal I was chewing on rice and bit into something that felt like a fingernail in my mouth to be honest, I was mortified. When I spit it out, it ended up being a wire of some sort. I showed the lady that was hovering over us and she just looked at me and said oh. It didn’t seem like she was going to do anything about it at first. Moments later, she said I don’t pay for it. I was never paying for it. I stopped eating immediately and gave her the food to throw away. Had this been a takeout experience I would’ve wasted my money. I do not recommend this place. They are not clean. They do not have good customer service. They do not handle food properly. If you’re OK with eating food out of a dirty kitchen, then continue eating here but if you have any respect for your health and safety, I suggest you go somewhere else. I wish I took a photo before she took the food from me. Worst experience ever.

Wow this Chinese restaurant really stepped up to the plate on New Years Eve!! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very lovely, and took my order with no problems, she told me there would be a 2 hour wait understandably on New Years Eve, and trust me any other place was not delivering at all, and these guys stepped up and delivered!! The delivery girl was lovely, hopefully she made it through the New Years Night! And now the food... wow the food was actually super hot I've never had that from any delivery service which was amazing 👏 and everything we ordered was there, and all my guests where happy, excellent food, excellent delivery, excellent communication, this place goes above and beyond for their customers, and I'm 1000% Satisfied with my order, and based on my experience tonight I'd highly recommend this establishment, and I'd definitely order from them again!! Thanks Eng's for making my New Years great! Happy New Year too you guys!! May your Business have alot of prosperity in 2023!! 💯

Decent food and prices. Good combination platters for 1 person. No complaints with anything besides the noodles. None of the noodles dishes taste right. Shanghai noodles is a joke with baby shrimp and no flavour for the price. Still, a decent option.

I go to Eng's for their special wonton soup - hands down one of the better ones in town. Tried their dumplings and thought they were okay. Ordered wings and they were very well done but they included an extra order (also well cooked 😅) so meh.

Well the food came quickly (Uber Eats). However that may have played a part in the 2 stars I gave to Eng's. While the wings did have a crisp exterior, they were (like the rice) cold and even the packaging was cool to the touch.... but to get Chinese food delivered to my door in under 15 minutes, probably meant stuff (popular) may be cooked in advance and sitting under warming lights. The rice was pale, flavorless (even though I got the bbq pork fried rice) and HARD. Like chewing on tiny pellets. Absolutely no sauces, nor fortune cookies in the bag - a $40 order (with Uber fees etc). So even if I wanted to add a bit of Soy Sauce.. they couldn't even include those little packets? This sadly will be my last order from this establishment.

I don’t know where to start, we ordered from Uber Eats and the delivery man was fantastic. The food however was the biggest disappointment I’ve encountered in a long time. “Hot and Spicy Chicken” (picture attached) The only thing hot about it was it’s temperature and it was also LEAKING down the bag when it was delivered- probably because the lid was a styrofoam plate and couldn’t contain the liquids. Singapore noodles, smelled nice except it seems like they either ran out of spices or was too busy and forgot to put it in. No salt, no pepper, no spice, LITERALLY just curry yellow flavourless noodles. Combo five: chop suey, vegetables, and fried rice. This was actually okay, can’t complain because it was the only thing eaten. Hot and sour soup, tasted like hot jello. Way too sweet. Most comparable taste is to the “gravy” of the sweet and sour pork just with some added tofu, bamboo shoot, and whatever else is in there. The fortune cookie was the best part. Don’t be like me and ignore the reviews, they’re here for a reason. Some may be dramatic (you may think mine is) but this is my experience. - I wish I could get a refund.
