First time in here to order .The person who takes order name Tam doesn’t listen and she talk too fast in gibberish she said to me on the phone she’s busy because its lunch time and she doesn’t have time to talk , what and earth is she talking i am placing my orders and she doesn’t have time bad customer service not only that i got only 2 of my 3 orders when i picked up my order i have 6 customers trying to help me to explained my other order is chicken Fried rice simple as that but instead she’s talking about half half of special but i’m not ordering special lunch all i want is chicken fried rice simple as that . I got frustrated because she doesn’t listen and understand even with the help of the customers waiting for their orders i just walk out .By the way i can’t complaint the lunch special is cheap $10.99 but mostly are rice not enough dish

Worst Chinese food I've ever tasted, used old oil to cook. Chicken was so bad to the point it started smelling right out the box. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING OUT OF THIS SPOT!!!

Food was dry and tasteless. Egg rolls tasted like wet cardboard. Why was the rice yellow? I have never in my life thrown away Chinese food until today. Their food used to be awesome and now it's not. Need to find a new place

No good! The female that worked Sunday evening on June 9 2024 is not nice at all. A fake! Dry chicken wings! Another chicken that should be spicy was waaay too sweet!!!! Trash! This is not a good Chinese food restaurant and that’s the honest truth! Only thing I liked was the broccoli 🥦 but I didn’t order $66 worth of broccoli!!!

Great Chinese food!!! I got the combo platter - C8 - with chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, general tso's chicken and an egg roll ! Tastes great, lots of flavour and as you can see its a huge portion for $15.

First time here and not a great impression. Yellow chicken fried rice? Well ok, I guess I can get behind that. Didn't seem very fresh though. I had the black pepper steak with chicken fried rice. They stack the meat on top of peppers, celery, onions and carrots so it looks like you have a lot of meat. Well, you don't. Very underwhelming meal.

I was driving through the village today and thought to myself I haven't got any Chinese Food from Empire Wok in a few years. And there still going strong ! Showed a little back bone and went for something other than the General Tao. I got some sesame chicken with a side of chicken fried rice and chicken balls..the place was clean and tidy as a restaurant should be and always in in there. BUT THE FOOD!! I'd give them a 10/10 I didn't remember anything from there tasting THIS good!! I hope they are as blessed as I feel for receiving such a great meal ! Thanks Empire Wok!
