I came in with my friends the other day and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that created a relaxing atmosphere. The service was impeccable. Our server Mostafa was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations on the drinks and desserts that were the highlight of the evening, which were prepared by the other server Ameen. Overall, I would recommend this amazing restaurant.

The decor sets you up for great expectations—until the food arrives and you realize it’s mostly just vibes. The Turkish Adana Kebab? More like rice with a cameo appearance by a single tomato slice trying to pass as ‘grilled tomatoes.’ If this is authenticity, they’ve got me rethinking everything I know about Turkish cuisine. Hummus with beef is good. Service? A tale of two servers. The male server was great, but the hostess had all the charm of a Monday morning and seemed allergic to handing out bills. Turns out, there was a good reason—somewhere between the menu and the bill, a few sneaky $$ joined the Turkish Adana Kebab. Maybe it’s a ‘tomato tax,’ but at these rates, I’ll pass. The Lamb shank came out cold, and while the chef and manager did come out to apologize (probably because it’s a new restaurant still getting its act together), I couldn’t help but think: you might want to start by watching out for the bad attitude of your hostess—it’s driving diners out the door faster than cold kababs. One visit was enough—wish we’d stuck to just admiring the decor.

We wanted to give the new branded restaurant a try but it was a total disappointment. First we placed an order of mixed platter of 4-6 for pickup, when we were home having dinner with friends we realized that they forgot to give us the fries, rice and salad. They gave a huge bag of bread which we thought was the sides with the grill. When we went to pick up, the salad (fatoush) was 3/4 bread 1/4 greens. Never going there again

I came to the soft opening night for Ella, I was pleasantly surprised that it’s inspired by Turkish roots, as a fellow Turk, it made me happy to see in Milton! I ordered the Chai Karak which was delicious, I do wish it was served in a bigger cup for the price (4.99) but still enjoyed it nonetheless! The Shisha was wonderfully smooth, very fruity flavours if you like that, I ordered the Love 66. I tried the complimentary chicken wrap, it was just okay, taste of the chicken was wonderful but needed some more toppings, but for the price (free) and keeping in mind that they were pumping out wraps in record speed to give to customers, you can’t complain. My server was Ali, he was wonderful, even with the busyness of the night, he took great care of me and is a delightful employee. I will definitely come back with friends for the Shisha, the indoor patio is the perfect spot for that. And I look forward to trying the other food options in the future.

This new Middle Eastern restaurant is a total gem! The vibe is super chill, with cool decor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The owner Nadeem, his brother & all staff is very friendly. They are happy to help with recommendations. We tried Shawarma wrap and the meat was very juicy with nice tangy sour kick. It’s got a perfect blend of crunchy french fries & creamy garlic sauce.

Ella has a cozy and lively vibe, making it a nice place to hang out. My experience was a mix of good and not-so-good, but I enjoyed it overall. We started with a complimentary shawarma. While it was a nice gesture, the taste was just okay. It didn’t have much flavor and wasn’t very exciting. Thankfully, the rest of the evening was great! The lemonade drinks were super refreshing, perfectly sweet and tangy, and looked great too. The best part of the meal was the Chicken Shish Tawauk. It was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. We ended the evening with shisha in the indoor area. The flavors were smooth, and the setup was clean and relaxing. The staff made sure everything was perfect. Even though the shawarma wasn’t the best, the drinks, food, and shisha made up for it. I’d recommend Ella for a chill evening with tasty food and a great atmosphere.

Today was restaurant’s opening evening. I don’t even know where to begin. First we ordered appetizers half of it came and the other half we had to remind them many times. They did not give water pitcher until we asked. We ordered chicken shawarma they got all beef shawarma. Then we asked them to fix it. Then they gave chicken shawarma, with no sauce, no vegetables, chicken was over cooked and the pita was burnt!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place for dining. The most terrible place! The music was so loud and it kept glitching and the volume was so high that no one could have a conversation! The ambiance was pathetic!! I am not taking my family there again. The owner of the restaurant sat having sheesha in the corner looking pretty. Not impressed at all!! This is not how you do grant opening of a restaurant, with loud glitchy music and burnt food.
