Elephant Grind Coffee

We had a great time here. It was cozy, the servers were lovely, and the food was really delicious! Their potatoes are so crispy and well seasoned. I would definitely recommend getting the French toast and my husband loved the eggs Benedict as well.

I came here twice just last month. The food was good but be careful the wait time. Don’t go when you are already hungry 😆 Last time me and my the other 2 family members waited for one hour. Our brunch end up became like lunch. My son’s stomach was really hurt after one hour wait. The waitress explained they had to wait for the 4 people seating cleared then they could bring us in. I totally understood. But also I saw if you just have 1~2 people, the seating will be faster than 3~4 people. The service was great! But because of the wait time, I’ll need to think twice before I go again.

I had a great experience at Elephant Grind Coffee! The food and customer service were both excellent, special shoutout to their egg benedicts, which were absolutely delicious. The design of the space is nice, but I feel the atmosphere could be made a bit warmer, especially near the entrance area. My only minor complaint is that it was a little chilly inside; just a slight increase in the heat would make it perfect. One suggestion: it would be great if they opened earlier in the morning, maybe around 8 a.m., so people could enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading to work. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others!

Delicious as always. The pancakes were to die for. Eggs Benedict was perfect and the classic breakfast was great. The avocado toast was mid. Can be made at home. But the coffees are always amazing and the matcha is great too. Service is always so wonderful, very helpful staff and are willing to change the order if something isn’t to your liking.

One of our favorite brunch spots in Richmond Hill. Lineups are always long as it is a popular place but they keep things moving along. Have visited multiple times and enjoyed a variety of their dishes. The bulgogi eggs Benny and chicken and waffles are standouts. They also serve up a variety of well made coffee drinks.

Wednesday at 11:45am was quite busy, but the service was fast! The drinks here are unique and high quality. I tried a new menu item, the turkey BLT and it was fabulous! My chai latte wasn’t overly sweetened like the standard big box version — really nice!! And look how beautiful it was. Beautiful cafe and the service was excellent. Washrooms are clean. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. I’ll be recommending this place and hope to visit again soon.

When you find that place you didn’t realize was there, and it’s like coming home! Elephant Grind Coffee has such a great vibe, the staff are amazing, and I haven’t even begun to talk about the food! Wow! We had the Bulgogi Beef Eggs Benedict and the Bananas Foster French Toast… there are no words, every bite was an experience, an explosion of flavour. Pair that with a smooth delicious latte, and you’ll want to move in! Thanks Kyle and the amazing team for making our brunch such an amazing experience. We will be back.

Lovely spot for brunch or lunch any day of the week. The Eggs Benedict are great. The Bulgogi version is on the dry side but hey Bulgogi Beef and Eggs Benny? Great combo anyway you take it. I’d like to try their chicken next time. The Mocha is on point with a dark chocolate flavour, which I’d highly recommend. Staff are usually quick busy but very polite. Didn’t feel as though we were neglected in any way. Trendy decor and you can also just pop-in and order coffee to go. 👍
