Great food. Wow. Had Reubin. Cheeseburger. Fried chicken sandwich. Pancakes. All waters were happy. Fries were good. Pancakes fluffy. Lots of meat. Decorated for New Year’s Eve the night before. Pretty. Pink colour scheme going on. My only loss of a point was for atmosphere as it was cold inside. Very drafty when the foot was opened.

Excellent food and fantastic vibe! We loved it! We had the French toast, chicken and waffles, avocado toast and burger and every single item was outstanding! Our service could have been better but it may have been an off day for our server. We will definitely go back!

Went here for brunch. Service was slow and the server seemed like she had no interest in being there. Latte wasn’t good. Food however was great! My husband had the skillet and I had the turtle power bowl. We both loved our meals and the awesome sauce really was awesome.

I’m really glad this place lived up to the hype! The atmosphere is a fun 80s vibe. Importantly the food was great. Really liked the gochujang chicken and waffles. Right amount of sweet and spicy. Waffles tasty. The service is nice. Coffee is refilled. Nice to have something good in the Lister Block.

I recently visited Electric Diner in Hamilton for breakfast, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a lively atmosphere with retro-inspired decor and vibrant neon lights that give the place a unique and fun vibe. I ordered "the usual" for breakfast, and it was everything I wanted—classic and comforting. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon was crispy, and the toast was fresh and warm. Even without coffee, the meal was satisfying and delicious. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, which made a simple breakfast feel special. The service was great as well, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was just right. Their genuine enthusiasm for their work added a nice touch to the whole experience. Overall, Electric Diner is a fantastic spot for breakfast or any meal if you're looking for great food in a relaxed, vibrant setting. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Hamilton!

The food was decent but if you want to be treated like scum of the earth, go to this diner. Other reviews and photos were really promising, but it was a massive let down. In the reservations, we specified it was a birthday. They did nothing about it nor acknowledged it. When we got seated, the booth had old mud marks or maybe really old dust on the booth. Obviously, hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. When trying to settle in and lifted the menu, it was sticky and the table had 3 strands of hair! When I asked the hostess who sat us if we could move, she was sarcastic and defensive bringing this to her attention. She responded with “well, I can just clean it or you can move”. Why wasn’t in cleaned in the first place?! Clearly no attention to detail or cleanliness! Our server did make up for the dismissive and problematic attitude from the hostess, but she did leave us hanging when we ordered dessert. She came back to tell us it was because of a large party - understandable - yet, never came back to check in or get the dessert we ordered. After waiting 30 minutes with ZERO service. We had to go to the bar and ask for the cheque, only then did we get any service because we were finally paying for the bill. Overall, super disappointing experience. Will never return nor recommend

Celebrated a good friend's birthday here this weekend, and am already planning a second trip! The menu featured so many diner classics, with an upscale twist that I had trouble deciding. Ultimately I'm glad I went with the chicken and waffles - delicious, crispy chicken with just a touch of heat and an incredible combo of flavours overall. Did I mention they have gourmet poptarts??? Will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a fun and delicious brunch this is definitely the place for you. Plenty of food choices, great decor, and food choices. I have been there a couple of times and have left with a smile. I have tried their burgers, waffles, salads, breakfast skillet, and pretty much all their appetizers. The ham cigars are a go-to for me now! This place is a definite must try. I would like to go here for dinner too to experience the neon decor at night.
