Pedimos un ceviche de pescado y un arroz con mariscos. El ceviche tuvo un sabor bastante similar a lo que se encuentra en Lima, quiza un poquito pasado de ajo pero bastante disfrutable, lo unico raro fue el uso de papa blanca endulzada en vez del clasico camote. Sin embargo el problema vino en el arroz con mariscos, ya que se sintió el bajo uso de ají amarillo en la comida, quizá lo justo como para darle el color, pero se no se sintió el sabor. Entiendo que lejos de Lima el sabor no sea el mismo, pero me parece una exageración tener que pagar 25 dolares por cada uno de estos productos. La chicha es lo unico que me pareció que tenia el precio justificado. La cantidad también me pareció un poco corta para el precio que estabamos pagando.

We had the fish ceviche, and it was quite good! The flavours were as it should, but for some strange reason, they garnished the dish with white potatoes as opposed to the "camote" or type of sweet potato that should be used in this dish. I'd still order it again, though! The Lomo Saltado, on the other hand, is another story. It didn't taste bad or anything (I especially liked the hand-cut fries!) but it didn't TASTE like Lomo Saltado. Not only did it lack seasoning but it lacked the Peruvian flavour that makes the dish! I won't be ordering that dish again. Each dish cost $25 even (they said all of the main dishes had the same price). I found the serving size abundant.
