First time visited this place - Ordered the Biscoff Lotus Pancake and the Crispy Chicken Benedict, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The Lotus Biscoff is a sweet treat with that perfect caramel flavor, which pairs so well with their fluffy pancakes. Crispy Chicken Benedict is exactly what you want in a savory brunch dish – crispy, juicy chicken with perfectly poached eggs and a rich hollandaise sauce. Another great thing about Eggstatic is they have halal options. Portions are generous, and the staff are friendly and welcoming!

The restaurant has a quirky design. There is seating in and outside of the restaurant. I recommend sitting inside as it's getting quite cold. Seating is not very spacious in the restaurant and it is a bit tight. If you're seated against the wall, there is a sofa bench style type of seating which is comfortable; otherwise, you're sitting on a standard chair. We made reservations (thankfully) because the restaurant was very busy. Upon entry for our 10:00 am reservation, we arrived at 9:52 am and was asked to come back at 10 because the only table available had seating for four guests and I had a party of three guests. The hostess pointed to another table where a couple were seated and said that once they were done, we can be seated there and that they shouldn't be very long until being finished. If they weren't finished by the time we came back, the hostess would seat us at the bigger table for four guests even though we were a party of three. Strange request, but it was fine. The hostess was polite when asking and very thankful for us to accommodate this request. Notably, the table where we were supposed to be placed at with the couple eating, it looked like they just started.. When we did return at 10:01 am, we were seated at the table for four (the one that was originally free). My partner and I were waiting for our friend to arrive as she was running a bit late. About 15 minutes in, we were asked to please swap tables for another one where the previous couple were sitting (coincidentally). We were told that once the next table beside them were finished, she would pull the two tables beside each other so we would technically sit four. We were asked if we could accommodate because another family of four came late to their reservation and seemed "frustrated". I don't really understand why we were early for our reservation, had to come back later to be seated, only to be re-located to another table, but were asked to accommodate this family because they late. My partner found this to be frustrating and I was not necessarily happy about this request myself. When musical chairs was done being played out, my friend arrived and we ordered. We ordered the Chicken + Waffles and Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes with three teas on the side. Everything came in a fair amount of time and tasted wonderful. The service was fair, nothing wow. Waiters and waitresses were called a couple of times when we needed something. The overall experience was ok. The Chicken + Waffles had a nice middle eastern/Indian spice to it. I found this to be unique as I've never had anything like this before. It comes with buffalo sauce which is a bit spicy and maple syrup all on the side. Refills for tea are free, but you need to hold on to your existing teabag. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone at my table will be returning to this establishment. There are other competitors that have a bigger dining area with good food as well. I understand that there seems to be a hype about this restaurant which is why we wanted to try it out, but in all honestly, it seems like just another brunch place. I wouldn't necessarily recommend to give this place a try, but I wouldn't deter it either. The food itself was actually really good. It's just the overall service and atmosphere that makes me hesitant to recommend. Also, on a side note, there is only one bathroom and it's located in the basement of the restaurant. The steps are narrow and if you experience claustrophobia, the bathroom is small and tight. It is maintained which is good. The hot water function with the tap does not work, so you will be washing your hands in cold water. There is paid street parking. If you go at certain times of the day, parking will be free, but expect to parallel park.

I would call this a middle eastern fusion restaurant. There are traditional middle eastern dishes but also typical North American dishes (i.e eggs Benedict’s, pancakes etc) with middle eastern flavours. I came here recently for brunch and tried the cilbir eggs & spicy potatoes. The dish was delicious and flavourful. The portion sizes are very big and no one in our group could finish their plate so keep that in mind. The menu is quite big so there is a lot to choose from. The service was also great. I would definitely come again.

Good food and excellent service . The Manager himself recommended items to us, checked in on us and served us really well. We really enjoyed the steak with eggs and halloumi with garlic bread. Portion sizes are generous as well. And the Mocha Coffee was amazing!!!

Its a halal restaurant. We ordered cauliflower with hummus as starter, and 2 types of egg items as main course. One was with fried chicken and another one was with eggplant. We liked the food, quantity was good. Overall a good experience.

This is my first time being at the restaurant after seeing the rave reviews. The service is amazing. I ordered the Eggstatic Steak & Egg special. The steak was tender, the potatoes were fresh. I would rate it a solid 5.

Mother's Day at Eggstatic was pretty great. I went with my daughter and we got a table quickly. By the time we were finished, there was a lineup, though. My daughter was not happy with her original order of kids breakfast, so the server graciously switched it out for the waffle. My daughter LOVED the waffle and fresh berries. My eggs were perfectly cooked. The toast was delicious. My coffee was very good, strong but not bitter. Definitely would go again.

This location offers a wonderful fusion of classic brunch items mixed with a Middle Eastern flair. The seating is limited. So pack your patience and expect a wait if you cannot grab a table. The food comes out fast and furious. My steak and eggs 🥚 was fresh and unique. It is a different take on a classic steak and eggs dish and it was good 👍 especially with the gravy … yummy 🤤. All the other dishes that my party ordered were well received and they all enjoyed the fresh ingredients and its savoury notes. The service gets 5 stars ✨ all the way here too. Happy eats everyone 😎
