I had the most abysmal experience at this restaurant possible...and I was there 5 seconds! The place is advertised as being open until 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 2:05 PM on a Saturday, I was told by the staff that they weren’t seating anyone! I'm really hoping that this was told to anyone that would have come in after us not just because I'm a woman of color in St Catharines that walked in there with my white partner.🤨 To make matters worse, the restaurant was completely empty, and there was no indication that they weren’t accepting customers. I was able to walk into a nearby Sunset Grill just five minutes later, which was also advertised as open until 3:00 PM, and was seated immediately. It’s frustrating to see a business fail to live up to its advertised hours, especially when other places in the area are more than happy to accommodate customers. I’m left wondering if the owner or management even knows about the poor service and lack of professionalism their staff is providing. Running a business like this just doesn’t make sense, and I have no problem saying I'll never return here.

Exceptional Experience at Eggsmart! We visited Eggsmart in the afternoon on September 18th 2024 with my sister and parents, and Carrie's outstanding service made our dining experience truly unforgettable! The food was perfect and arrived promptly, but Carrie's warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care took our visit to the next level. She ensured our every need was met, refilling drinks and checking in without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a family gathering. Carrie even took the time to chat with us and made us feel like valued guests. Eggsmart is lucky to have Carrie on their team! If you're looking for a fantastic brunch spot with exceptional staff, look no further. I had a great experience at Eggsmart today! Our server, Carrie, was incredibly helpful and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed, was super attentive, and handled our requests quickly and with a smile. I’ve been to many Eggsmart locations, but this one was phenomenal, largely thanks to Carrie’s outstanding service. Her understanding and friendly attitude really made our meal more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot!!

Good food but the windows either need a good cleaning or replacing. Not very inviting from the outside. Gives off a we're not open for business vibe. Definitely needs some curb appeal like potted flowers, clean windows, maybe a more noticeable open for business sign. Also strange to not use the front door. I've seen people get back in their cars and leave because of it. If you do happen to stop in there, the food will not disappoint.

And to be fair this very well could be my fault I didn't know it was turkey sausage definitely not a fan. Besides that everything else was 100% great. The service is great, the restaurant was clean, definitely would go back.

Nice little eatery, when busy it as quiet as if you were alone, friendly. service is good , food cooked the way you want prices are great for a breakfast , brunch and or lunch!
