Our coffee got cold before they brought cream! No one came to refill our coffee, I asked for jam which was strange because it was brought with our orders before! Most Potatoes were burned like the photo!

Came here with a friend and we had a good time! Our servers was very friendly and diligent. I ordered the bottomless coffee and I was pleased that the servers came around several times offering refills unsolicited. I was also appreciative that when I asked for my last cup to be decaf, they brewed it fresh and brought it when it was immediately done. Seating was plentiful and comfortable, the store looked clean (including the washroom). The food was okay. My bacon was cooked just the way I liked it and the bread was properly buttered. But the eggs and home fries were far from the greatest: both came out on the cold side and the home fries were certainly not fresh. This is a pretty significant disappointment when these items are the bulk of the meal and what you're paying for. I'll probably come back and hope that this was just an off day.

My friend and I really enjoy dining at this location. You will surely be greeted with a big Hello the moment you walk in. Food and drinks always served fresh and with friendly smiles. Prompt and great service guaranteed. We always leave with a happy experience of great customer service...Keep up the good work Guys........

Was in the area for meetings so stopped in to do work and have breakfast. Services was fast, and realized quickly why. Food was not cooked fresh to order just reheated to order which is not what you pay for. Just had a simple breakfast with eggs, toast, potatoes and bacon. Only two things that were made to order and stayed warm were the eggs and toast. The potatoes tasted like they were cooked the day before and just quickly warmed up on the cooktop and same with the bacon. Would not recommend

We enjoyed brunch following a gym session. The food was delicious, and the service stood out compared to other breakfast spots. When I questioned if their potatoes would be the same as the picture shows on their menu and inquired about substituting with sliced tomatoes, the waiter gladly offered a half-and-half option. This gesture brought me satisfaction as it demonstrated the restaurant's attentiveness to customer preferences and their flexibility. This elevated the standard of customer service, surpassing my experiences at other establishments where I have been charged extra for similar requests.

I often come here and always have a good experience. The food is delicious, service is good and the coffee is unlimited. They upgraded their look not too long ago, and the atmosphere is great.
