I know that store ratings are very valuable. Because when people decide to go to a restaurant, they first look at the store ratings and decide accordingly. And only 4-5 out of 100 people give ratings. That's why every rating is very important. Just like us, couriers, when we deliver 100 orders, only 5-10 people give ratings and if one of them is negative, your ratings may suddenly drop and your account may even be disabled. The store or the customer can rate our orders. Just like you. Couriers sometimes have to work 8-10 hours, sometimes longer. Because sometimes they travel 10-15 km for 3-5 dollars. So they can be tired. Sometimes they can be forgetful. Store employees need to help them and they should help store employees. They help each other when there is a missing order or a mistake. But today, instead of helping, you gave a negative rating and passed. When I came to pick up the order this morning, the order was not ready, I waited for it to be ready and when it was ready, I took the order and delivered it to the customer. After the delivery, I saw that the store gave a negative rating and it made me very sad. You reported that there was no insulation bag, but in fact there were 2 bags in the car, one big and the other portable. I usually put the orders in a big bag so that they do not get damaged and deliver them warm and safe. But you made a negative comment in the morning without asking. I hope you do not continue like this. Because when you make a negative comment, the food does not come hot, only the courier decreases or closes the score. Instead, you could have asked the courier or made a suggestion.

Good solid food. I like their new menu which includes healthy and innovative dishes (Peruvian poutine, for example). It makes it exciting to dine in at Eggsmart again. The female server was attentive and made sure my scrambled eggs were "soft" as I requested.

Before anything else, the quality of staff interactions is crucial for any business, and unfortunately, this seems to be diminishing in Canada. Toronto is a multicultural city with people of all language levels and accents, and everyone deserves respect regardless of their English proficiency. I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, and when I placed my order with a staff member, she asked several questions. However, due to her heavy accent, I had to ask her to repeat some questions. Instead of being understanding, she responded with a dismissive look and a condescending head shake, as if to imply my English was the problem. She also raised her voice in frustration. I didn’t say anything at the time, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. I have no intention of returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Businesses like this should prioritize customer service and interactions. Additionally, the food quality was just average.

Ordered online and this was my first time and definitely my last. They had the veggie patch omelet on special 2 for 1 on August 30. I specifically mentioned twice "no peppers" and both omelets were loaded with peppers. Obviously they don't take heed of notes or requests where specified. Will definitely not order from them again as I don't trust them.

Went with friends for lunch. Quiet with only a couple of tables occupied which was good for us because we wanted to be able talk and hear each other. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was good and reasonably priced. In conclusion, if you are looking for a brunch or lunch venue without a waiting time, is quiet and relaxing, this is the place.

Eggsmart was a big surprise to me. The food was delicious and the price was right. The fruit was fresh. The eggs amazing. All types of dishes to choose. Great place for a romantic down to earth date and or bring the entire family. Thumbs Up for sure. I will go back when I'm in the Toronto area. The service was top Notch like going to a fine done restaurant dressed in a suit. Here you can dress comfortable casual and feel right at home.

Food is well prepared and fresh. Portions are normal for the time. In fact, my meal had extra peameal bacon. Staff are polite and friendly. Atmosphere is your typical and traditional breakfast place. Table is set with everything you need (unlike other places). Things that can be improved, 1) extra serviettes at the table would be nice, 2) a small plate to place waste. It will just adds a touch of better service. Overall a 9/10 experience. Definitely worth coming back.

Went here on a Sunday, they were EXTREMELY short staffed. Given that it was a Sunday after the thunderstorm, they were probably busier than they expected. They had lots of dine in guests as well as lots of takeout orders because people were out of electricity in the neighborhood. The meal itself took a long time to come and the flavors were decent. We got the Trifecta, the French Benny and the Baja Benny. The amount of Pico on the Benny could be more and they should've served more than just a thin slice of cantaloupe with the breakfasts. The one server who was working was very efficient and did a great job trying to get everyone seated, taking their orders, serving coffees, serving the meals and taking payment. The way she kept her calm and kept going was very impressive.
