DELICIOUS, FAIR PORTIONS, CLEAN, POLITE STAFF This was my first visit at EDO Japan, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious. Flavourful in the portions were fair based on the price. I ordered the beef and shrimp teriyaki bowl on rice and the gyozas. Two meals, one appetizer ,one fountain drink, and one bottle drink came to $45

Had not been to Edo Japan in a few years and they didn't disappoint. Had the chicken bento box 🍱 and it was great. Everything was fresh, flavors were spot on and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely go back to this location and recommend it to my friends.

The cleanest, most organized and best service fast food that we’ve tried in GTA. It’s near Wonderland so if you’re in the area, I highly recommend this Japanese fast food. The crew are extra friendly and helpful.

Great service, Good teriyaki, but the shrimp tempura and sushi was disappointing. I will come back for the Teriyaki but will not upgrade to the bento for the sushi nor the tempura shrimp which was very small to begin with.

We usually get the Sunday deal, it’s not bad for the price. It’s sad to see them getting 1 star reviews for not being “real Japanese” food. If you’re going to compare Edo’s sushi to a restaurant that mostly serves sushi, then of course the sushi restaurant will generally be better for sushi because they focus on sushi. If you’re the type that wants authentic Japanese food, please go to a Japanese restaurant run by actual Japanese people then. Edo Japan’s food is great for what you pay for. Their restaurant is clean and the service has, so far, always been friendly. If you like places similar to Teriyaki Experience, then this is right up your alley.

I visited the Edo Japan location in Vaughan recently, and I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers Japanese fast food with a focus on fresh ingredients. Their daily deals are a great value for a quick meal. The taste is simple but satisfying, perfect for a fast food option. It can get quite busy, but the efficient staff keeps the lines moving. The parking is ample, and there's plenty of seating available. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable spot for a quick Japanese meal.

This was my first visit to Edo, while my husband has been a devoted fan since his student days in Alberta. The flavors were truly delightful, especially with their signature teriyaki sauce. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing. The portion size worked perfectly for me, but I'm certain those with a bigger appetite would appreciate the Wednesday deal, offering a 50% portion increase for just $2. Sushi enthusiasts shouldn't miss out on the Thursday special featuring a delightful assortment of four sushi types. For my partner and me, Sundays are for relaxation and avoiding cooking, which made the family deal ideal. We opted for two servings of chicken teriyaki on white rice and two servings of beef teriyaki on brown rice. Both varieties used short-grain rice, but I must say, the brown rice truly won my heart. What's more, the place is impressively clean, and the staff's friendliness added to the wonderful experience. I encourage the staff to keep up the good work! Overall, Edo has managed to create an experience that caters to different tastes and occasions, making it a go-to spot for us as a young couple looking to enjoy great food without the hassle of cooking.
