So glad to see new food options at BCC after a while. The service is excellent and the food was very tasty. Only problem would be the portion size that they give for the price. But will definitely come back soon!

The food quality was excellent, with fresh, flavorful ingredients and professional, courteous service. However, the portion size was disproportionately small relative to the price; a small bowl cost $14, significantly less than comparable offerings in the food court. Increasing portion sizes would likely attract more customers, as the teriyaki chicken was of high quality.

I got this and it was very nice. . I just want to know if it’s ok to use the same utensils on the beef after touching the raw chicken. . Chicken carries dangerous bacteria. . Previously when they grill the meat , they usually put some sauce on it while grilling. This helps to keep it moist and flavoured. .. I really enjoyed the meal.

Elaine was extremely friendly and was the sole reason I tried this new location out. She provided a nice little sample bowl and I was sold. Kobe and Steven were making the food and gave great recommendations. Really enjoyed my meal and the service was outstanding.

Made fresh to order and very good portions of food for a reasonable price, friendly staff all around that welcomes you in. Highly recommend trying the chicken teriyaki for those unsure what to expect.

Very happy to see new dining options at BCC. I thought the food was average - I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, which cost about $14. There are tastier options in the vicinity. Service was also a mess (they skipped making my meal and I had to wait a while; plus with an open kitchen, we could hear how disorganized they are lol) but I get that they recently opened so I won’t hold it against them. I might come back to try the ramen and give em another chance in a few weeks.

I went to Edo Japan because they make your food fresh. Honest opinion for those who love sushi/maki rolls…the avocado and dynamite rolls barely had any avocado and the size of the rolls are small compared to other sushi restaurant chains in the same food court. It was mainly rice. I wish the fried shrimp in the dynamite rolls were fresh. It tastes defrosted and fried. A quarter was placed in the photo for size relativity. There was a lot of space in my food container after paying about $14.00. Lovely customer service though.

The best food I’ve ever had! I decided to try Japanese cuisine for the first time and visited this restaurant. To my surprise, I ended up finishing everything in just five minutes—it was that good! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Japanese food for the first time.
