La Piazza in Eataly (Sherway Gardens) is a new spot to try on. Food are delicious and the price is affordable. Their Calamari is recommended as well as the Piazza Ciao Bella drink. Ambiance is good as well as the staff. 🤙

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eataly, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Our server, Rachelle, truly went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. As someone who follows halal dietary restrictions, I was thrilled when Rachelle took the time to guide us through menu, ensuring all our choices were halal and completely alcohol-free. One of the highlights of our meal was the tiramisu. Rachelle made sure to check that it met our requirements, and it was absolutely divine! The balance of flavors was exquisite, and it was evident that great care was taken in preparing it. Thank you, Rachelle, for making our evening memorable! We can't wait to return!

I visited Eataly to start birthday celebrations. Eataly was a good and new experience where I saw fresh cheese from Italy, then we ordered 2 lattes and 1 Pistachio Canoli and 1 Sapera pastry. Everything was presented well but biggest problem with Eataly is that they do not have ample space to sit and enjoy your meal. They do have live counter for pasta and pizza which I will try next time. Over all coffee and pastries were good.

We had reservations at another restaurant for Christmas Eve that fell through. We decided to check out Eataly as it was one of the only restaurants open. They were able to seat us right away and our server, Yeva, was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, attentive, and had a great attitude. The food was delicious and the espresso martini was to die for. We will definitely be back!

I took a bite of this delicious cake thing or whatever it is, and I loved it! So rich and delicious! I devoured it in front of the whole sitting area and embarrassed myself, but hey... who cares! 🤣I also really appreciate the little sweet quote on the bottom of the box. Family friendly, peaceful atmosphere and super cool vibe. I highly recommend visiting here. You will definitely see me again soon enough!

Our second time trying Eataly at this spot, and while the ambiance is great, the food was… well, a bit mediocre. Calamari, typically a no-fail deep-fried favorite, somehow turned out just average. The beef bolognese and seafood linguine were decent, but nothing standout. Next time, we might just shop for ingredients at their marketplace instead of dining in.

I am reviewing the restaurant and as much as I wanted to give it a 4 star rating, I couldn't. I loved the NY EATALY experience but this one at Sherway was nothing like it. Maybe because it was a Monday night but the atmosphere was meh. Nothing to rant and rave about about. The server was pleasant but must have said "just a minute" at least 8 times, and that's after he got to the table....then walked away again. Restaurant is pricey and chairs are uncomfortable. The appetizers were good but portions were smaller than expected. Lasagna was recommended by the server and it was alright, but nothing amazing especially since it arrived cold. The apps we shared were good, mozzarella balls and burrata were good. The sausage and rapini wrapped in bread came in an old tin- that was cool. It tasted superb it was just missing the sausage- I mean it was there but barely. See photos. The chicken milanese was great- good portions but the side on that dish was literally a few slices of butter lettuce that looked like it was more for decoration than for eating a side. Chicken was tender but looked like it had been fried an extra 4xs in the fryer. Papardelle with funghi were homemade but a little bland. Desserts on the menu weren't the best options so we bought pastries from the bakery- the cream puff is the best one. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn't go back anytime soon.

I am reviewing the restaurant and i am going to be honest. This place is great no doubt and specially the ingredients they use are super fresh but the food is just okay. Not bad but just OK. They can do better. Service on the other hand is superb no complaints. This is a place you go to close deals or have a nice dinner with someone. Prices are a little on the higher side I guess it’s just the ingredients itself are different i get it but the kitchen needs to step up. Food is bland. I would not visit the restaurant again but definitely the store has nice things to buy and the gelato is delicious. Thanks
