We had a fantastic server named Jaime. Jaime was very friendly, happy and knowledgeable about the menu. She delivered the food quickly and as soon as we were finished she was right there to ask us if we would like more soup, salad or bread. We didn’t have to wait for Jaime to come around. We don’t “write” many reviews but Jaime deserves a HUGE 5 stars!! Thank you Jaime

Visited East Side for My Daughter’s Birthday The food was absolutely amazing, as it always is—great flavors and presentation! However, the service fell a bit short of expectations. While the server was attentive in coming to the table, she tended to leave quickly without giving us the opportunity to ask for what we needed. This resulted in some delays and waiting for their return. I believe this is something that comes with more experience, as a server who takes a moment to listen can greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I hope to see improvements in service in the future.

I came in and was quickly seated, I ordered the chicken parm, and had the pleasure of meeting Naomi. Where the servers seemed busy it was great to have Naomi deliver everything promptly. Her customer service made our dining experience very pleasant. She has the common sense and care that you would want a supervisor to have. Was attentive to our table. Which is the type of customer service that keeps me wanting to revisit an establishment. She was very professional, while also enthusiastic at the same time. Great service

Great experience. Good food, and all you can eat refills on many dishes or if you get an entree. Will be around $25/person for most things.

Today I came in with my family. 2 kids and my wife, I had to say we’ve never had an experience like it! Our server Charlie was above and beyond the best server we’ve ever experienced. Very attentive, very social, and overall made our experience way better. Not to mention the food, the food had great portions and was very tasty! Thanks to Charlie and the food we will be returning to this East sides for our family dinners.

We went there on Saturday night. I’ve ordered their food through Uber Eat before, and I liked it although the quantity was not big. Initially, we were very excited and loved the atmosphere in the restaurant then the service ruined everything. I don’t remember her name, and I guess she is newly hired because she was not sure about the kid’s menu. (We were asking what’s the 2 options we can choose. She said it’s 1 topping until she read the menus again) When we tried to order one garden salad and one Caesar salad from our AYCT sides, she told me she could only serve one salad at a time. Then we go with the garden salad. It is ok to prevent guests wasted food. BUT, we didn't get our salad un till I finished my pasta and asked her for that. At the same time, I saw many tables were having one salad per guest. The small plate full of tissues that we used to clean the table (the table was sticky and we wiped the bread crumbs), we left it at the corner, and she took the big plate and neglected the small one. I understand that small ones might be advised to leave for guests, but when it is full of garbage and it’s dirty. It shouldn't be left on the table. Not to mention my soup and salad were not finished and were taken away while I went to the washroom with my son. When I asked excuse me, where is the washroom. Her answer was “It is JUST right there.” (not far from us) but her response made me feel like I asked a dump question since I'm not blind. Other than that, the washroom is very dirty and the floor right next to our table is also full of garbage. Used napkin and straw packages… I eventually still clicked 15% tips (although that's the lowest one), then had some issues with my Apple pay. I could feel she was impatient. I really like the food tho. And the kids menu is well designed, my kid loves to draw on it.

This is one of those what I ordered and what I got. Haven't been to Eastside in a long time and I guess this is why. Not only did my order look nothing like the picture but it was just mediocre. I believe it was $27 for the two hamburger pattie size veal and a plate full of cold pasta.

Went here for my daughter’s birthday dinner as she had been raving about having pasta for a few days. We had visited the east side Mario’s at Pickering a year or so back, which we enjoyed a lot and had a nice ambience and atmosphere. It was mostly empty here probably since it was a weekday. We need to go back on a weekend and see how it is. There is ample parking space outside. We ordered a couple of pasta options with salads and some drinks. It was a surprise for my daughter when all the staff came with a special treat for her birthday. The staff are very lovely and helpful for making suggestions and serving on time.
