Had a girls night, and it was wonderful! The food didn’t disappoint but what really elevated the whole experience was our server, Derek! He was hilarious, attentive, & everything you could want when you dine out. Thanks Derek for your wonderful service tonight! 👍🏻

Betsy did a great job with our group celebrating a birthday. Restaurant was busy but we never felt neglected or rushed. The manager even came out to greet us and give a birthday greeting. Thank You.

What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the outstanding service. The owner personally welcomed me, ensuring everything was to my liking. Darya was attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. I recently dined at East Side Mario's in Thornhill, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered the gigantic three cheese ravioli, and it was nothing short of spectacular—rich, creamy, and generously portioned. The garden salad was fresh and perfectly dressed, complementing the meal beautifully. The garlic loaf was a standout, warm and flavorful, ideal for dipping. I also couldn't resist the mozzarella sticks; they were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, making for a delightful appetizer. A heartfelt thank you to them for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend East Side Mario's to anyone looking for delicious Italian food and exceptional hospitality!

Food was great, our server was fantastic. Love this location. And we went on a night where kids eat for 2 bucks. Our only regret was leaving our leftovers in our hotel room so we didn't get to eat them. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

To be honest I like to give places a 2nd chance, but this was the 3rd time because a friend told me the food was better I really had to see for myself. Big FAIL not good at all what was I really thinking. But the drinks the salad and bread loaf really good. But the meal it's self not good at all the food was still very bland like always.

This was an absolute delight to come and dine! As it was our anniversary and we wanted to enjoy a night out. We entered in, was greated and was taken to our seats very quickly. Our server Bianca was amazing ❤️ ❤ she made sure we were ok and made sure we had everything. The whole time she had a smile on her face. The food was absolutely amazing from the apitizers, salads, the bread OH SO yummmmmy! To my hubbys shrimp Alfredo pasta to my chicken parm! Absolutely amazing! Compliments to the chef! It was an amazing night to be out plus I got to watch baseball lol! So if you are looking for a family friendly restaurant where you can hang out watch the game, chill with family have a gathering, date night or a whatever night come on out and and enjoy 😉

As always, we had an amazing dinner. Be sure to get the All You Can Eat soup or salad. Their garlic bread is delicious! I can eat so many. Today we had some pasta and pizza. We'd recommend both dishes. Atmosphere was welcoming. Our server, Betsy was so kind, efficient, and simply the best. Thanks East Side, we'll be back!

First time we went there. Loved the place,colors etc but the table was not clean. It was maybe wiped, but as soon as we sat, we felt as if the table was sticky. I always have wipes with me, so I started cleaning it and the sheet was black. We told the waitress and she promised to tell the manager. When I went to the washroom, it flet clean but just someone who wipes versus cleans. They need to do a thorough cleaning. Food was great. Tomato soup is amazing. I think it was supposed to be a ravioli soup or so, even though it was delicious, it is was only pasta with no meat or anything. The waitress was nice but I had to go after her 1 or 2 times. I felt she was supposed to great customers and she took over our table . The correct waitress came later to introduce herself but we told her that we were already served. She was more attentive when the other girl would not come. I personally hate it when people are nice for a reason!!! When we paid and she asked to give a good review of her, she never came back to get us the bags for the remaining food. She ignored me looking at her and I had to go after her again to get them. I asked about the name of the other REAL waitress but I am sorry that I forgot it since we went... she was great with copper hair. I would go there again but take wipes with you and clean your tables. The food is very good especially the soups,the bread etc..
