Mixed feelings about this sushi spot 🍣 While the food was incredibly fresh and delicious, the service left much to be desired. Waiting over 30 minutes for a roll and nearly an hour for dessert was frustrating, especially with the chilly atmosphere in the restaurant ❄️. What a great dinner! We did the a la carte and had more than enough for leftovers. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is so nice and clean and the rolls are so fresh!

This place is absolute FIRE! Fish so fresh, swear it was could a been caught that day. Super selection and excellent 👌 service. All the stars awarded to this place are well earned.

This place is on point! The all you can eat menu is quite extensive and the iPad ordering is easy to use. The food came out beautifully presented and FAST. Everything was delicious too! I am in love with the robot delivering the food too!

i haven’t enjoyed eating at AYCE for a while now, but this one has brought me back! Definitely, a must-visit Japanese restaurant/AYCE at Niagara. First, the food. We did AYCE, but the presentation and quality of the food didn’t suffer. We did lunch AYCE, but let me tell you, it’s worth it. In terms of price point and quality? It’s better than most AYCE places i’ve been to in toronto. The selection for appetizers and main was wide, even with their lunch menu. If you like shrimps, i recommend Rocky Shrimps; you’ll get an awesome big bite with their special “rocky” sauce. Service was awesome too. Our server, Harold was obserant on what we might need and asks us before we can ask him. He was very accommodating, kind and quick with service, so we didn’t have to wait much for any requests (even when it got a little busy) The atmosphere was simply great EXCEPT- it does get slippery, so be mindful of what shoes you’re wearing. They have warning signs to warn you. The parking gets really packed, so keep that in mind as well. Because we loved the food so much, we ordered FAMILY CARNIVAL (takeout family package) for dinner and Idk if you can tell, but this is looking like a buffet to me. It was worth it- paid close to $200 (food for 8 people). I’d say it’s even good for 10-12 people depending on how much you eat. We had a lot of leftovers after. Will definitely drive back to Niagara just for this, which is rare for me.

We usually go to Wind around the corner from East Izakaya when we visit Niagara Falls. This time I thought I will try out East Izakaya (which have strong similarities to Wind) The menu in East Izayaka varies slightly from Wind in a sense that East Izakaya is more deeply rooted in Japanese style dishes while Wind is a medley of Japanese, chinese (they have some dim sum) and Thai (curry and pad thai). I think that my taste is more oriented towards Wind as I like Thai food - but I am glad that I tried out East Izakaya. Put the differences aside, the staff and tge servers here are impeccably amazing. They are so nice!!! I was seated by the windows and Harold was very attentive and even asked me if the area I am sitting is too warm for me (awwwww he is such a keeper). Yona is a gem!!! She is so kind and friendly! And super relatable!! Thank you for being awesome!! Food is freshly made, taste wonderful but it is the dedicated and caring people in East Izakaya that make all the difference and extend the experience a notch further!! Job well done. Will definitely be back!! The price point at this establishment totally and reasonably hit the spot!! Woot!!

The first time I came here, the food here was delicious and just right, very eye-catching and clean. I really like the service of the staff here, they are very enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful and very cheerful, so if I have the opportunity to visit Niagara Falls, I will definitely come back next time.

This is our favorite restaurant in Niagara Falls. We always come here especially when we have family celebrations. Tracey and Clara always give us exceptional service and they make us feel welcome. The food quality and portions are well prepared and well worth the value. The service is exceptional and this is the main reason that we keep coming back to this place. As for me, no matter how good the food is if the service is bad, I do not go back to that restaurant anymore. Tracey and Clara addresses me by my name and it really makes me feel special and important - they make my family feel that we are valued here :) I hope they will continue the great service and great camaraderie with their customers. I recommend this place and I give them A+++. P.S. the Filipino crews are also very well mannered and polite. Kudos!
