Earls Kitchen + Bar

Went to Earls for the first time , Clarissa was amazing. Helped us out with different wine samples. Very thoughtful and respectful. Definitely coming back to see Clarissa!!! So sweet , definitely made the night more enjoyable . Food was great too :)

Decent food, some of the items we wanted were not available as they were sold out. The service can be very slow and it seems to be trend at all Earls especially bar side!

This was my first time visiting an Earl's outside of the downtown location, and my last visit was probably 5-6 years ago. I wasn't sure what to expect, but to my surprise, I was very impressed. Every dish and cocktail we ordered was perfectly crafted and delicious (shout out to the kitchen). On top of that, the service was exceptional - our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I don’t clearly remember my past experiences at Earl's, but this visit set a high bar for any future ones. I’ll definitely be back!

Maybe it was because it was my birthday… Maybe it was because our server, Yasmine, was exceptional… Maybe it was because Earl’s commitment to plant-based eating is not just lip service… Whatever the reason, kudos to the chef at Sherway Earl’s who replaced the crab in their California roll with delicious crispy tofu and topped it with a vegan sriracha aioli! Happy birthday to me!!! See you again soon!!! (Hey, head office, you’d be smart to add it to the menu. 🥳)

Came here for a birthday a couple weeks ago and it was well done! They were able to work with us and made a special set menu. The organisation was nice and the food was great, the apps were properly portioned to share with everyone. Although our group was enormous, they did a decent job fitting us on one side of the restaurant. Although the mains took a little bit (understandable), the appetizers came quickly!

Ordered a sirloin with an extremely friendly waitstaff, relatively fast service with the amount of patrons seated. The steak was extremely tender and juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The mashed potatoes that came with it were silky smooth and extremely buttery and flavourful. The vegetables were fork tender apart from one, however that was not a problem. The sticky toffee chocolate pudding was decadent, with a wonderful chocolate flavour and texture. The ice cream is made in house, and is flavoured with a vanilla taste which leaves one craving for more. Would recommend for dates and dinners.

Bathrooms were spotless and that’s rare. We service was AMAZING by Destiny. She was super friendly, very helpful and made great suggestions and recommendations. We had lots of questions and she was happy to answer them all. The food was OUTSTANDING! We orders the blackened chicken, warm potato salad and Cole slaw, steak and frittes and the pumpkin pie for dessert was one of the BEST dessert ever.

In terms of atmosphere, this Earls location is not as vibrant as the one in the financial district. However, it has a homey and friendly feel to it. Unfortunately, on that Saturday night the restaurant ran out of appetizers so we were not able to order their crab cakes, calamari and chicken lettuce wraps. However, the excellent service made up for the lack of appetizers, and the visit did not devolve into a disappointment as a result. The ahi tuna poke bowl was outstanding. The truffle fries were good as always. The Cobb salad was a little underwhelming, but the burger made up for it.
