It's my birthday, and I had a spontaneous invite for lunch at Earls Dufferin/Yorkdale, my very first time. Impeccable service by our waitress. Had the Cajun blackened beef with mash potatoes and brocolini, creme bruele, and sushi taco prawn. That hit the spot. Service was efficient, ambiance was excellent, staff are all friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will be back to try more on their menu.

Excellent service, price is very reasonable for happy hour. Pizzas are great. Environment is clean and modern. However, coffee machine was broken.

We visited this restaurant during a busy Saturday dinner. We had a reservation, and without a wait, we were directed to our table. Based on my experience, when a restaurant is busy, either the service quality or the food quality decreases, or both. Surprisingly, the service was excellent at Earls. There were enough servers to attend to tables on time, which was great and immediately caught my attention. Even better, the food quality was amazing. We got the creamy chicken pasta and steak and fries. The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the chicken melted in my mouth. The steak was cooked perfectly, too. I ordered medium, and it was exactly that. The fries were fresh, and the garlic sauce on the side was very tasty. Overall, my first experience was positive, and I will definitely visit again.

Last night's dinner was amazing. Every dish that came out was perfection. I had the blackened salmon, and this was the best salmon dish I've ever got from a restaurant. Perfectly cooked! Afterwards we had some drinks at the bar, and the bartender had great recommendations, service was amazing and just a cherry on top he was very charismatic. Overall amazing experience 10/10 would come back again.

Earls just has a great ambiance and atmosphere to their restaurants. I just love looking at the decor. Came here for brunch with a friend and the place was already so busy. Our server was so lovely and kept checking in on us if we needed anything else. The food was good - typical cuisine of other chain restaurants. Would come here again.

Amazing Service at Earl’s - A Memorable Experience! My friend and I recently hosted a surprise baby shower for a friend at Earl’s, and I have to say, the service provided by our waitress Kim was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived with our gift baskets, balloons, and cake, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She helped us set up a separate table for our gifts and decorations, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably at another table. Throughout the event, she was so considerate and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She even took photos and videos of our special moments, which was such a thoughtful touch. As it was our first time at Earl’s, she also helped us choose dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious! Her recommendations were spot on. At the end of the shower, she didn’t hesitate to help us gather our things and even carried some of the items outside for us. Her level of care and customer service truly made our day. She’s the definition of excellent customer service, and I’m so grateful for her attentiveness and kindness throughout the event. Thank you Kim for making our baby shower so memorable!

Spacious, modern and clean. Lots of plants around the restaurant. We ordered the following: 1. Strawberry Guava Mimosa 2. Classic Benedict 3. Crab Cake Benedict 4. Warm spinach and three cheese dip - Recommend! Light dip with lots of bread on the side. Good service, and attentive staff. Their potatoes is a must try! Lots of effort and time was put into it. It wasn't oily at all. Crispy and tasty. Would definitely return.

The atmosphere is great and the food is good. They have a wide variety on their menu. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available. It was a busy night so the service wasn't great. The Queen Bee pizza is delicious and the Cheddar Bacon burger is good. The truffle fries are yummy. The cheesecake was only okay. They also charge over $14 for a draft corona which I found overpriced.
