E & Y Fusion Bar & Grill (previously known as Egg & Yolk) is a family-friendly, all-day breakfast destination renowned for combining quality food with exceptional service. Our menu features home-cooked breakfast favorites served all day, complemented by specialty pancakes, waffles, and French toast that have become crowd favorites. Now, we’re expanding our horizons by adding a diverse range of American-style and fusion dishes to our lunch and dinner menus. This restaurant was formerly Chatterpaul’s. The interior design is exactly the same. No surprise there. Came here with my husband for Sunday brunch. First time here. Large menu list. Reasonable pricing. Food came quick as we were the first ones there. The meal portions were decent. The home fries were bland, cold and dried out. The steak was very bland but juicy. The peameal eggs Benedict was pretty good. I was not impressed, but I would like to give this place another shot.

The brunch here is incredible! My family loves our brunch spicy and the chef accommodated our request and made the flavours really come to life! WE WILL BE BACK 100%

Coming into this place, I thought that this would be just a normal breakfast place. However, going inside shows that there is more than meets the eye. The interior of the place has a very modern look and feel, as well as a nice bar to boot. The menu did confuse me a bit because I went in thinking there would be mostly just breakfast stuff. However, there were more than just breakfast items. I personally had a club sandwich, which tasted amazing. The presentation was also good, and serving size was also generous. Service was also great, I got to talk with the server and the cook there, and they were friendly and professional. All in all, it's a good place. Although I was a bit thrown off by the name, it was a good experience in there.

We decided to try this new breakfast restaurant for a change. As others have mentioned the interior is the same as the restaurant that previously filled this space, the result is a roomy and more upscale environment that also sports a bar. Unfortunately breakfast here is not something I would recommend. The coffee leans heavily on the acidic/sour side and even with the addition of sugar/dairy it was hard to drink. There was one other table of three guests in addition to my table that included myself and my partner. The wait for food after ordering was 25 minutes and one of the plates (eggs and french toast) was cold. The price to add sausage to that plate was $5. My meal, the eggs benedict, was warm and the sauce was buttery and luxurious which I liked. The peameal is sliced thinner than at competitor's restaurants. The home fries are cooked with onions and peppers and have the flavour of a southwest omelet, which others may or may not enjoy. The addition of fruit is a nice touch. I don't understand the need for sprouts though.

This use to be the prior location of Chatterpauls. The interior remains unchanged with a more upscale vibe for a breakfast place. The food was good, what you would expect from a breakfast place. The microgreens on our plate was a nice touch. Nilab was our server and she was very helpful and courteous, she also mentioned that they will be serving lunch and opening the bar in a month.

Great place, nice ambience and our server Sania was very helpful too. Food was fine, no rest rooms were very dark need some more lights inside for sure. The place has plenty of parking around it, it's free. The interiors are very good too, can House large groups of guests. They also have a promotion running on the weekdays.

New place in what's becoming the brunch capital of Ontario, Whitby. The place is large and can accommodate different sized parties. One criticism is that they had only 2 waiting staff on a Saturday, and that's brutal. The 2 ladies were stretched thin. Owners, please take note. You need to hire one more waiting staff member, or I'm taking a few stars out. Food was good and the service was excellent except that the staff couldn't manage all the tables. Will visit again and hoping the portions are larger. Whitby brunch scene is very competitive and portion size is very important to stay afloat. Also please change the name at your bank. My credit card statement said Natha Caters. Was wondering what that was..
