Dual Citizen

Probably the worst coffee and service I've had in years.... It's so acidic it made me nauseous. I took it back to them and the lady gave me so much attitude??? "I'm a coffee person. It's supposed to be bitter. You must not drink Starbucks." Not sure why she took it so personally considering she just pressed a button to make it..... Also not sure what kind of "coffee person" she is if she doesn,'t know the difference between acidic and bitter. Someone needs to let her know that Starbucks is a pretty low standard and if SHE makes a bad coffee it's on HER.... not on the customer.

Great place to hang out because of the hotel location, and the lovely waterfall. I could spend hours here for the views 😍 But food wasn’t as good as the feels, it was average. Would recommend this for the views.

While you get the fine dining vibe because of the hotel setting of this food place, the food isn’t so. If you want to be happy with your food, this isn’t the place. But if you just want to pass the time lounging and munching then yes, this fits the bill. Food prices are reasonable but service is not to be desired. You have to close to the bar to be served. But elsewhere you are left on your own so you get your food in a take out box but used their silverware with it as provided and set up in the tables in the lounge. Anyway, I tried the Korean Fried Chicken Wings here and my verdict: ok but not that good. The usual chicken wings mixed or tossed in kimchi to make it Korean. The Mac and cheese is bland so it has to go with something salty or savoury. Just for food pairings but can’t be a stand alone meal, maybe for kids yes.

Me & my friends decided to have coffee & were 5 people in total. At first we go to the line then the lady said there’s waiter to assist us then waited for 25 mins then we go back to the line then their excuse is they not serving coffee because the waiter is on break very disappointing service unacceptable service never again.

We had the skillet, children’s pancakes and the build your own omelette-all delicious. Wonderful crispy potatoes, rich coffee, fresh juice and the pancakes were almost like delicious fritters. My omelette was a slightly custardy french-style omelette. So good.

We have been booking this hotel because this restaurant is here. From 5pm the food gets really good since there is a menu that is only available after 5pm and can’t be ordered. It’s a must to try the lobster and shrimp pasta. We partnered it with the Korean Chicken and it is really amazing. The serving size is huge so make sure to order one at a time if you are hungry. Overall, we had the best experience at this restaurant and we will keep booking this hotel when we are in Toronto. Thank you guys!

Inconsistent food quality. Have had to send some back. Burgers uncooked. Rice not cooked enough. Nice location and atmosphere but food lets it down.

Too many questions asked when placing the order, lid wasn't sticking well, coffee was just avg, team seemed very new and not trained like a barista. The views & the vibes are amazing of the space tho 😍
