The food quality was horrible and was rotten. The chicken that was put into my salad was rancid. They messed up my order. I tried to call the store to complain , they never ever answered the phone. I brought back the half eaten food because my family n I got sick to show them, But they didn't give me back my money nor did they care. Don't ever go to this store to buy food. I will Never Trust any other Druxy's deli.

Coming from out of town for YEARS to visit St. Michael's hospital, and this little deli has been my go-to on EACH AND EVERY VISIT. Pleasant staff and great food. Keeps me coming back over and over for almost 15 years.

Horrible quality food, disgustingly overpriced, small portions and overpriced. I bought two sandwiches (6oz) and two Greek salads (16oz). This cost $44. The fact they charge almost $8 for bowl of lettuce the size of my fist, with 1/8th of a tomato, two black olives and a glob of dressing makes me understand why they have terrible reviews, and are located where they are. Sandwich was cold, meat was non existent and there was a tiny amount of mustard. I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t fresh. I contacted the store to notify them of my displeasure in a polite manner, and the person working laughed and then stated “too bad”. Hands down the worst quality food paired with the worst service I have ever experienced in Toronto. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a turkey sandwich on an onion bun and all I got was a bread sandwich (see photo). ”Why is there no meat in my sandwich”? I asked the nice lady. “Oh, it comes pre-weighed,” she replies. Not really an answer to my question. Try your luck if you want but I left hungry and miserable after being RIPPED-OFF at Druxy’s Famous Deli!

For deli meat.. it's a place with limited options.. However bagels are pretty good but felt it wasn't fresh.. Strict no no for the coffee.. it was burnt and felt like I was having re-brewed coffee.. bagel sandwich was good!!

Come in, get scammed. I think they charge whatever they want the second you customize whereas that's their marketing. I went in for a lox bagel, asking to get it on a bun figuring it would be a dollar or two more. $13 they charged me for just the sandwhich. I see him spreading the cream cheese as thin as possible. I saw him chose the lettuce from the absolute bottom its browned. He asked me if I want breakfast or sandwhich style, not once mentioning that the price doubles once you do it. Taking advantage of healthcare workers short on time so grabbing the nearest sandwhich.

Went shopping w my mom today at the Eaton center, we split a corned beef sandwich on the way back to our P parking. The man who served us was very kind and took pride in making us this sandwich! He mentioned the meat was fresh and just sliced which you can taste it was! This place warmed my heart on a windy day in TO. Excellent pickle too 😋

You can pick up a quick healthy lunch here. Well staffed and very friendly. They don't have a public washroom however one of the staff offered their sink to wash my hands. Almost $10 for a western on a bagel and an orange juice.
