Dragon Wok (South End)

Visited Dragon Wok on New Year's Eve, and despite the overwhelming rush and delays in fulfilling orders, the staff maintained a positive and friendly demeanor. It was evident they were working tirelessly under pressure to keep things moving. When we finally received our food, it was absolutely worth the wait—fresh, flavorful, and prepared to the high standard we’ve come to expect. Aiden, in particular, stood out as a dedicated and hardworking team member. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism and effort during such a hectic evening. Great job!

Our first time ordering from Dragon Wok. We ordered dinner for 4 and the food was delivered within 30 minutes, despite the roads being icy. Food was delicious and there was LOTS of it. We will continue to order from Dragon Wok.

Super happy with the food! Last week I was charged twice for my dish. I called this afternoon and they indicated to show the double charge and I would be refunded. I went in shortly after and showed the double charge and was not refunded as she explained it is the debit service error. Would it have been so difficult to refund $16.00 without such a long explanation that I need to submit my banking details via paper? Is that even allowed? Better to keep the customer happy and just do the refund.

Food is reliablely good. Have tried different lunch combos and all are good. Portions are large. Food is 10min cooked fresh. Always busy so never served reheated over fried breading. Always friendly.

I’ve been a costumer from this place for a very long time! One thing I can say is that these people are really hard working and very good at what they do. They’re not only fast but very efficient. I usually place my order over the phone. I don’t know how they do it, but the minute the client walks in they know to whom each order belongs. They serve plenty of food! The taste and the quality of the vegetables are amazing. I’m glad they took one day of the week to rest and enjoy themselves because they worked every single day, even during holidays. Keep up with the good work! Thank you for your dedication.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place all together if you read through the lower star reviews for this place you will see all the same repeat complaints Crooked business they rip off their customer They cheap out on proteins and fill your dish with If you actually google a photo of what Mongolian chicken is supposed to look like there isn't a single dish on Google images that even closely compares to the amount of onions they've added to that meal to just be a filler Have a look at the photos I am posting with this review I ordered Mongolian chicken and pepper steak The Mongolian steak is $16.55 before taxes Pepper steak with Onions is $13.25 before taxes Both dishes came with barely any protein I had to dig through the dish to find small pieces of beef in the Pepper steak and the Mongolian beef wasn't any better. An absolute disgusting amount of onions in the dish... And I like onions But there's absolutely no excuse to rip your customers off and cheap people out so badly This restaurant literally chooses to take the cheapest vegetable they can and use it as a filler for the entire meal I tried contacting the restaurant before posting this review But was told there is nothing they can do that is how the dish comes Well if you at the restaurant can't do anything to improve the quality of food well then who the heck is supposed to. The ratio of onions to protein was at least 8:1 It was wanted that much vegetables I would have order a vegetable dish and not a beef dish When I ordered one of the most expensive need dishes they sell I never for a moment though I would have a meal show up with almost no beef in it and almost all onions I wish more businesses like this would just close their doors and retire. All you do is make a living off cheating your customera out of a proper meal. Not to mention they wouldn't deliver the food 4km away without a $5 charge on a $90 meal What a Joke!!
