I worked at Dough Box a few months ago, and honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a workplace. There were passive-aggressive coworkers who made the work environment incredibly toxic. I brought this up with my manager, hoping for some kind of resolution, but nothing was done to address it, which made it even more frustrating. As for the food, I’ll admit it’s decent—customers seem to enjoy it, and the pizza is fresh. But honestly, the atmosphere behind the scenes really overshadows the positives. It’s hard to recommend a place when the team running it doesn’t seem to care about their employees’ well-being. I wouldn’t go back, as a customer or an employee.

Always wonderful service and fantastic pizza. I held my Community recycle event and needed to get pizza for my volunteers. Of course I called Doughbox wood fired pizza. Everyone loved the pizza so much. Thank you to Taran, Simran , Sukhman. For helping me, greeting with such great smiles and having our order ready right on time.

Dropped by and had their lunch special which was a half pizza and drink for $10. Pizza was very tasty and very much enjoyed the crust and sauce. Will be back to eat here again for sure!

Checked out Dough Box for the first time! It was DELICIOUS! We finally have a go to pizza place in Newmarket that we enjoy. We got a two topping pizza with Fior di Latte and pancetta. The sauce was delicious. I’m very picky about the sauce and they got it just right! The dough was light and airy. We also enjoyed the twisted club! I loved the lemon pepper aioli with the combination of toppings. The place was very clean and the staff were very kind. We will be back to try the pasta and wings next time!

Was excited to try this place out since the Dough Box in Hamilton was amazing. Went 2 times so far and both times did not disappoint. A random customer accidently took my friend's pizza. The staff apologized instead, remade the pizza, and gave him a free voucher too. Staff have always been welcoming right when you enter the store. Def gonna come here more often! Place could have more seating for bigger groups but once again thr staff were nice enough to move some tables together for us Cheers!

Dropped by to try their pizza since it's new spot that opened recently. Ordered an Margherita pizza but I wasn't impressed. I thought the sauce was too sweet and cheese was very chewy. Nothing special. One and done 6.5/10
