The service is top notch! I am always greated right away and with a smile. The owners and staff all work so hard, and are always professional. They always bring the pizza around to my side of the counter with a big thank you. The pasta is absolutely delicious!! It's been a while since I have received this level of high service anywhere! We are now regular customers and appreciate everyone at this location very much. Thank you all so much for making me feel welcome and for your great service.

Absolutely loved my experience at Doughbox Pizza! I visited Hamilton to check out the famous place called Dundas for the fall colors and decided to try Doughbox. The wood-fired pizza was amazing—perfectly cooked with a delicious crust and fresh toppings. I also tried their pasta with the noodles were incredibly tasty. It was the perfect meal after a day of exploring! A must-visit for anyone craving great pizza and pasta! Highly recommend!

Our first time ordering here, we each had the lunch special, chicken tetrazzini for me and cheese and mushroom pizza with garlic Parmesan bites for my daughter. UNBELIEVABLE! Best pizza and pasta I’ve ever had, and I’m a food snob lol. Try it out, the service was spot on too! I will definitely be coming back!

Worst pizza we’ve ever had. We are not usually picky with pizza as it’s hard to screw up, but this was comically terrible. We ordered the stinging bee and rustic veggie pizzas for delivery and they threw in the dough bites for free. The pizza slices were cut sloppy and so uneven we thought it must have been a joke. Thin crust pizza should easily have well cooked crunchy crust, but we asked for the pizzas to be well done on our order just in case. Both pizzas arrived undercooked with floppy dough, forcing us to cook them again in our own oven. Lastly, the sauce on both pizzas (we tried a red and white sauce) were so plain and tasteless that we had to add salt and pepper to the slices. The dough bites were terrible and also appeared undercooked as they were just sitting in a layer of sludge.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the "Create Your Own Pizza" option, and it was an amazing experience! The variety of fresh toppings available allowed me to customize my pizza exactly how I like it. The crust was perfectly baked, offering that ideal balance of crispy and chewy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole process enjoyable. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I can confidently say this is one of the best pizza places I've been to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and personalized pizza experience! Five stars all the way!

I got 2 pizza's, their garlic dough bites and their nutella dessert dough bites. Everything was absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, deffinetly a must try to add to your list.

Ordering online was easy. Staff was very friendly and welcoming when picking up. The pizza is small and lacking toppings compared to the amount you see in the pictures. The dough had a funny smell (almost like bleach) which could have transferred from a container maybe. Dough bites were awesome. Will try pasta next time.
