EDITS @ the end. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online for pick up over an hour later and when my husband arrived they hadn’t even started the pizzas, there were workers in the back chatting and then they ran out of ingredients. When we opened the pizzas at home, I can’t even explain how pathetically disappointing they are… extremely small compared to other dough box franchises (we tried them out because we had such a great experience at one in Vaughn) and barely any toppings. Absolutely awful experience. EDIT 1: Eating these pizzas has not improved the experience. They are extremely greasy and the dough is chewy. EDIT 2: The owner responded and I’d like to call attention to the fact that they feel the need to stretch the truth to make up for the bad review. I’ve added the picture that shows that I placed the order an hour in advance and requested the fior di latte cheese - no favours were done for us, which can further be seen in the photo that shows no extra bacon. The suppliers might be the same but the standard for the Port Credit franchise is definitely lower than other locations.

Tried to order on line. Cannot order double mushrooms or light to no cheese on line. Tried to order by phone. No number on the site. Found a number, no answer/busy tone for 15 minutes. My wife wanted this, so I went in person. Ordered and said I'd come back in 10 minutes. Came back. They said they don't have linguine (it is good on the shelf for many months, and why didn't they tell me 10 minutes ago). One pizza was almost done in the oven (the only one in the oven). My second pizza was just starting to be made. Over 10 minutes, the other one almost done, and there were no other customers or orders. One pizza was taken out, the other put in. Bizarre, with no explanation. Ordered double mushroom, and emphasized how that was important. Did not get that. And no surprise, the second pizza was under cooked. No way to contact the company, as there is no number or email. That's a sure sign of a poorly managed company who doesn't care about customers. There is a lot of competition, so all good.

Absolutely amazing pizza! The wood-fired flavor is incredible, and the crust is perfect crispy on the outside and soft inside. Fresh toppings and great service. Highly recommend DoughBox for any pizza lover!

Absolutely amazing, the Pizza was so delicious, and aromatic that I forgot to take the pictures at the beginning😄 The pasta was okay, but will definitely recommend the pizza, any day.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the pizza place on Lakeshore, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and the enticing aroma of wood-fired pizza captivated my senses. The highlight of this establishment is undoubtedly their outstanding wood-fired pizzas. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with a delightful smoky flavor that can only be achieved through authentic wood-fired baking. Each bite was a mouthwatering experience, with the toppings bursting with freshness and flavor. I highly recommend trying their signature pizzas; they are simply out of this world! In addition to their fantastic pizzas, this place also offers fresh pasta that is nothing short of heavenly. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. Whether you prefer a classic marinara or a creamy Alfredo, their pasta dishes are sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate. One thing worth mentioning is that the pizza place is currently in the process of acquiring their LLBO license. Once they start serving alcoholic beverages, it will elevate the dining experience even further. I can already envision this place becoming the perfect spot to hang out on the Lakeshore, enjoying a wood-fired pizza and a glass of wine while taking in the street views. The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu. They were more than happy to accommodate any special requests or dietary restrictions, ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience. Overall, my visit to the pizza place was an absolute joy. The wood-fired pizzas and fresh pasta are to die for, and the future addition of LLBO servings will undoubtedly make it an ideal hangout spot on the Mississauga Lakeshore. If you're a fan of authentic Italian cuisine and appreciate a cozy atmosphere, I highly recommend paying this place a visit. You won't be disappointed! Good ambience & great service . The wood fire pizza are totally the hype, very tasty, crispy, properly cooked n kids friendly. We tried Arugula salad & it was a decent one with very good dressing. Kids really enjoyed the pasta. Good place to hangout with kids and friends.
