Double Double Pizza & Chicken

ID ADVISE NOT TO ORDER THE WINGS & FRIES FROM HERE THEY DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS (for example) IF YOU WANT SAUCE ON THE SIDE YOU WILL NOT GET IT THEY'LL DO WHAT THEY WANT REGARDLESS WINGS ARE HARD AS IF THEY ARE OLD SO THEIR ROCK HARD NOT TO MENTION THE FRIES THEY WERE SO CRUNCHY THEY HAD NO POTATO IN THEM PORTION FOR THE FRIES BARELY ANY! Lastly I got charged for a bottle coke and I received can coke instead this business definitely sold to some person who doesn’t care and never eats anything on the menu such a disappointment!

I’m absolutely disgusted by the state of these so-called “chicken wings.” They appeared to look good on the outside, but biting into one was so terrible. The texture was like biting into worms—slimy, undercooked, and just plain gross. These wings were a total letdown, and they gave you like 10 fries on the side even after paying extra. Would not recommend.

I ordered three topping panzo from their store. They not only burned the panzo but did not put any sauce in it. In short they sent me a complete wrong panzo. We are all human being and everyone makes mistake; however, when I called the store to let them know and asked for a resolution or solution they completely refused. They not only refused to help me but the owner, the lady was extremely rude and told me they cannot do anything about it. I have lost $29 today but this place lost a loyal customer. Extremely bad customer service and food

We usually eat in at double double at Scarborough and decided to give this location a try thinking it would taste exactly the same. We ordered 2 piece with wedges and paid 27 dollars for it. What we got is a total disappointment. The chicken is stale. Also it comes with 8 wedges. Got two boxes of this order and cant believe there is 16 pieces of wedges in total. One can see in the pictures the chicken doesn’t look fresh at all. Honestly I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option to. Very poor experience.

For 30 dollars this is quite frankly disgusting. Quite possibly the worst chicken burgers I’ve had. The Pattie’s were seemingly overcooked and extremely dry, with only one piece of wilted and brown lettuce on each burger. No mayo at all either. The potato wedges were clearly only deep fried, no breading. They werent terrible but the burgers really put me off the entire meal.

We made the mistake to check out this pizza restaurant on April 19 at 3am. The employee working at that time was literally standing on an empty dine in. First of all, she started giving us attitude when we went to the counter to order. She took more than an hour to make the order and finally gave us this burned pizza. Ignore this place if you can.

Bought potato wedges. Really hot crispy and fresh. Came with the garlic dip. Rep Tanvi was great! Very positive attitude, and alot of energy. Great customer service and great wedges. Great price too! Very filling.

I came here with a friend. I love this place because is great for late eating since it close at 4am. Menu is easy to understand and fast completion of orders. Amazing price, lots of food, and food tasts good for the price. The lady there cooks and serve, and has great customer service. Very hard working lady, only hope she is not been over worked, that's the only reason I don't put 5 stars. Love the wings and garlic bread.
