Domino's Pizza

Order two large pizzas for pick up. Wish I opened the boxes right then and there because when I got home I saw that both pizzas were burned. Did not want to drive back because snow was coming down and had other obligations, so my family and I ate burnt cardboard for dinner

Worst dominos pizza I ever had and terrible experience. I am leaving my observations and experience in this locations as following: - Firstly, no hygiene. The workers had no gloves, going back and forth to cash machine, garbage cans and cooking process with bare hands. Disgusting! - The onions and mushroom on the topping were not cooked and I could feel their textures not cooked in every bite I had. - They are not providing ketchups with your pizza (even if you ask). You should literally eat all your pizza's with no ketchups. - The chairs provided for the customers are very old and rusted. Poorly financed! - Although the store is located in a fairly out skirted area with very little visitors around, they put a paper label on the entrance door saying "Washrooms are only for Dominos Pizza Customers" which clearly shows their management culture, hospitality and generosity scale. I will never visit this location again and I am leaving this review for the others not to waste your money here too.

I have a tomato allergy and they have never messed up my order. They’re always polite and quick with deliveries. Every order, I ask them to cut my pizza with a separate cutter so there’s no cross contamination with the tomato sauce and they always assure me that’s what they do anyway and it’s not a problem.

I won’t be coming back to this location I haven’t purchased from here in a while I thought I would give them another chance it’s worse then before I ordered 2 medium pizzas with extra cheese and pepperoni they over cooked both pizzas they were dry basically no tomato sauce was on them not enough pepperoni or cheese and some of the slices are thin and some are not I also tried the new stuffed Philly steak bread what a joke no steak was in it’s a few tiny pieces and a few pieces of Mushroom don’t waste your money here !!

This is what you get when you order from this Domino’s location. The pictures that you see attached are from 2 different orders but you can see the pasta is super dry and burnt, whereas they condition of the pizza was also terrible when it was delivered to my front door. Never had such a bad experience at any other location!!

I regularly order here. This being one of the few pizza places in shelburne I never had an issue with my orders until recently. Not only is their app completely flawed by doing things like notifying me that my order is complete and then arriving and seeing that it hasn’t even been made but my order is also being made wrong on numerous occasions! Random toppings (today’s case were onions which I definitely didn’t order because my brothers don’t eat onions) that I clearly did not order show up on my pizzas & today I was graced by a surprising strand of hair when my brother was taking a bite out of his pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Even tried phoning the store and it sends me directly to “User Busy”.

In Shelburne for the weekend and kids wanted pizza. Decided to stop by and pick up some for the kids. The location is very clean and well maintained, perhaps because it was fairly new built. The cashier was prompt and took our orders. Provided a time for the pizza to be ready but was ready a few minutes earlier than that. The pizzas were baked perfectly and topped sufficiently. Wish they had non-dairy crust and cheese available
