I highly recommend it—the best place for experiencing shisha. The owner, Atha،, was friendly. Their service was excellent for shisha. That Mojtaba did professionally. I invited my colleagues to celebrate the new year. We ordered an Orange Cream flavor shisha with special filters. It was super smooth and pleasant. The taste of the aromatic tea in the pot was excellent. I ordered cheesecake. I am a cheesecake lover and maker; it was fantastic. After all, we ordered our food. That night, the waitress was a newbie. The food service was not satisfying. I think this beautiful lounge needs a professional helper. Anyway, it was not a great deal. Don't forget to order wings and fries! I will come back! Thank you.

Came to Diyako for the first time to celebrate my birthday and have a drink and Shisha with some friends. Our server Moral was very kind and made me feel special for my birthday with cake for me and birthday music! Will definitely come back in the future. Very happy Richmond Hill “Downtown” has this hidden gem!

Diako Lounge offers the convenience of ample free parking. We ordered hummus, mini hamburgers, baklava, and sweet fried potatoes. The food was enjoyable, and the establishment was clean and well-organized. The staff was welcoming and friendly, although there was an issue with the kitchen smell permeating the restaurant, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the table buzzer was not functioning, leading to a 15-minute wait for the bill. In the end, we had to go to the cashier to settle it. While the prices were reasonable, the overall atmosphere might not be the best fit for a lounge area.

Great atmosphere and food was delicious! Sliders and fries were super fresh. Excellent customer service from Sara who went above and beyond for my friends who tried hookah for their first time. Will gladly return :)

All the staff of diyako are awesome, they are amazing with their forever smiles. They sometimes took time to prepare orders but they have an awesome environment and music especially if you are going for dating. Pure romantically perfect place.
