Dirty Birrias

I'm going with a 4 star rating due to cost versus the amount of food. The tacos themselves were good; the service was good especially the lady that served the customers after me (very informative). The tacos sauces where excellent including the consommé. But in the end I was left with the impression yeah excellent but where's the rest of the meal. I ordered the three beef tacos for take-out. The tacos were good albeit noticeably oily (see photo); some may find them too oily but I much prefer this to the dry taco served at a notable taco purveyor I recently experienced this past summer. PS the Chipotle Corn was okay but would not order it again also kind of small for the price ($3.29 for 4 oz.). I may or may not return. There's another new taco restaurant just steps to the east on Queen St. I'll try them and see how they stack up.

Place is phenomenal. Go-2 spot for me when I'm on the East end. Service is personable and quick. Worth ever cent. Can honestly say best tacos I've ever had

The birria were delicious! We ordered everything to share. The jackfruit birria is great for vegetarians. The fish was very delicious. The lamb and beef birria were excellent too. The corn and coleslaw were my favorite sides

Dirty Birrias is hands down my go-to spot for tacos! Their signature fish taco is out of this world—truly one-of-a-kind and the best I’ve had. The beef tacos are also packed with flavor and always hit the spot. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, making each visit a great experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving quality tacos with a personal touch!

Easily my favourite birria tacos in Toronto. Also might put them up there as my favourite tacos in Toronto in general (The Haam bulgogi tacos are up there too but pricey). I Ubered some beef queso tacos from this place on a Friday and immediately went back in person on a Sunday to try more of the menu. Things I learned: 1) the lamb queso tacos might be even better than the beef, 2) birria tacos are better fresh, in-person, 3) the staff there are so friendly and the service is amazing. I'd suggest hitting this place up now before it becomes popular and you need to wait with the crowd.

Genuinely phenomenal Birria Tacos! Everything tasted great, the 3 different house hot sauces were an amazing addition to the mix- and the staff was super welcoming as well! Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place to grab food in the East End!

Made a quick stop here and I wasn't disappointed. I got the two beef birria tacos and they were incredible. The meat was tender, juicy and flavourful while the exterior was fried to perfection. The two hot sauces were a great addition, with the lighter coloured one being on the sweeter side and the orange one giving some nice kick. Not sure when I'll next be in that neighbourhood but I'll definitely make the detour if I'm in the area.

These were fire! Ive never had birria tacos before so I was so excited to try these. I had their lamb, fish and beef birrias, everything was so tasty and flavourful on its own, not greasy at all, but dipped into their consome and hot sauce 100/10, so good! Their beef and lamb were both so flavourful the meat was juicy and tender and the consome it came with really compliments and enhances the taco. The flavour of the fish one is a bit lighter and is not as heavy as the beef and lamb. Fish was flakey and not dry, definitely enjoyed it as well but needs the consome and sauces to really give it that kick.
