Its a very small dine in place so make sure you are ready to wait. The pizzas here are amazing, one of the best detroit style pizzas. The sauce and cheese and toppings are so fresh. Service was quick and no complaints whatsoever. Worthy of a try!

I'm by no means an expert on detroit-style pizza, but this was really good! Chewy dough with some crisp to it, balanced sauce, flavourful toppings. I’ve always been a thin crust kind of person but this was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while and it was refreshing to enjoy such a thick dough pizza.

We came all the way from Australia to visit Descendant & it was all worth it! The staff, the music & of course that crisp Detroit style pizza. We were SO full and washed it down with a fresh locally brewed lager. A highlight of our Canadian adventure for sure!

Absolutely incredible. The best pizza my girlfriend and I have ever had. We got the “no name” I think it was called, and electric avenue. Both were amazing, but “no name” was the best. Service was also fantastic. My advice: just go. Enjoy! Went back a second time a couple weeks later and got two different pizzas. Still incredible! Go Go!

If you're in the East end, this is a great spot to swing by for a fresh Detroit Style pizza. My mouth is still watering from the flavours on this pizza. Very fresh ingredients on a fluffy dough with a crispy base. A bit pricey for a single serving; but I was stuffed for the rest of the day. I will definitely be back to try their other options.

So delicious in my first visit, which is the Truff Guy...but second visit isn't that great tasting. It's a bit of letdown. I think one Get Daddy , other one just check the photos with 2 pizza. So when I come back I'll stick to super delicious Truff.

🍕Food: I went drooling over the pizza at Descendant Detroit Style Pizza, and it did not disappoint! The flavors are perfectly balanced, with a deliciously crisp crust and just the right bake. I also love that the menu isn’t huge, but the selection is still really interesting and full of unique options. It’s a bit on the expensive side but considering the quality,I would get it. Vibe: The vibe is good—cozy with just enough seating. It’s a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal without feeling too crowded. Customer Service: What truly stands out is the exceptional and friendly customer service. They make you feel welcome and taken care of. Recommendation: This place is now my top priority for pizza, and I would recommend it 100 times over!

Fantastic Pizza! We arrived at 11:50am, and got seated right away. We ordered 3 small pizza to share between the 5 of us, which are Pepperoni, No Name, and Truff-Guy. ✨ Highlights: Truff-Guy was so good! All the ladies rated that as our favourite, while the guys like Pepperoni the most. 🌟Other thoughts: - No Name is good too, it has a hint of sweetness from the hot honey sauce. - Service was great, friendly staff! - Be sure to come here earlier, since the shop is not that big, you’ll have to wait once it’s filled.
