Delicious Solutions

Went to order off of the “TooGoodToGo” app. On the app, it said pick up would be available until 9pm. According to google maps, I arrived at 8:25PM, but I could not find the location, so I called the number to see if they could give me some directions. No pick up. I tried calling multiple times, and it each time it would ring and go right to voicemail after a few seconds. I left a few voicemails. I even asked people nearby if they could help give me directions and nobody had ever even heard of the place… I’m not sure if your hours or something just needs to be updated on your end. But, I waited from 8:25PM - 9:06PM and this was a total waste of time. Update your stuff. If you’re running a business, you need to be professional about it. Speaking of, you should really update your voice mail. The voicemail literally just says “delicious solutions” and then the beep tone. No hours of operation and a “sorry we missed your call”?? Shows you don’t really seem to care about your customers or their convenience. Anyways. Check your voicemails. I hope you enjoy how disappointed I sound.

Such a great service! The portion sizes are amazing for the price, especially since your getting delicious, homemade, quality food!! I am a slightly picky eater, and all the means I tried were delicious:). I like they change up the meals weekly. The customer servic is also fantastic!

When I was in school and working full time I started doing DS meal solutions as a way to save time. Since graduating I have continued with them because not only are the meals nutritious but also so delicious. With the outstanding customer service and delivery I would highly recommend it. You definitely get your money's worth!

I can’t say enough good things about DS. I’m a picky eater who pays attention to what I’m eating so that I can hit my personal goals. I’m not easy to feed. DS has saved me countless amounts of time, they’ve drastically improved my diet, and they’ve done this all while keeping the food delicious. The options always have me looking forward to the meals. The service will always have me coming back. Do not look any further. You won’t find another meal prep option.

I recently tried out meal delivery as an alternative to ordering take-out and so glad I did. DS customer service is top notch, from the response time to the clear communication about when to expect your food and the non-spill packaging of each meal. I was very skeptical because I am quite picky with food but I was really impressed by the freshness, flavors and even the portion size is great! Highly recommend you support this small biz!!
