I love coming to dine here and to order takeout - they have so many options - I love their "make your own combo" option as well as their daily specials. Their cutlet (pork, fish) with rice is nicely done, and I also love their fried chicken offerings. My ultimate favourite is their almond milk drink. The service is very quick and efficient at this location.

Nice rice noodle in fish broth soup. The beef are silky smooth. Nice ambient environment. Parking can be packed at peak times.

The restaurant has alot of seafood options for seafood lovers. There are also build your own noodle dishes which I got and it was very filling and up to my standards. The place was decorated with hanging fish everywhere and very aesthetically pleasing to be at. Would come again.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but it's very frustrating that their service slipped and the price increased so much in the past 2 years. How could such thing happen when the service is inversely propertional to the price? Rice noodle still tastes ok but the price is just next level.

The food here was tasty and filling. There are build your own noodle bowls with choice of soup, noodles, two toppings, and a drink. There are also preset rice bowls and noodles, like the laksa with pork cutlet. This is a great place to come and the servers were also friendly.

Went here for dinner on Sunday evening and it wasn't too busy. We were able to sit right away, and a server came and gave us tea. We've been here before so we knew how to fill out the order form for the combo. We shared a combo which comes with your choice of soup (included are vegetables, your choice of noodle and your choice of 2 items, $3 for an additional item). We got beef brisket which was tender and mushrooms. One thing I would like to see is different pricing for the additional items (for example, meat items and vegetable items are all $3, which doesn't make sense to me). The combo comes with a basic drink but you can upgrade to other drinks for $3.25. I always upgrade to a a fruit calpis drink, which is nice and sweet, milky soda. You can also add up to 2 side dishes that range from $4-$5. We chose the dry ginger wings (they're ok they are not that meaty, you get 4 wings for $5) which I wouldn't order again. And I always get the honey glaze pan friend sausage which is delicious (you get 4 pieces for $4.50). Overall satisfying meal and would come back. I've only ever tried their soup and side dishes and would be curious to try their other meal items. Overall for 2 people, we were both satisfied and the meal came up to $36 with tip and tax.

This is the 3rd Deer Garden I've been to (other locations were North York and Montreal). Food is good cafe quality and most meals come with a free drink. This location does not have horlicks, so I got chocolate milk instead. This is a busy location, and it's difficult to get a parking spot on Saturdays due to many restaurants at this plaza.

Came here for lunch after many years and was quite happy with the fresh and large portion of food. You build your own bowl of noodles for $15.75, picking your soup base, 2 toppings, noodle type and a classic drink. The portions were huge and flavours were good. I enjoyed the Malay laksa soup and I tried to the mala soup and pepper fish soup which were both good.
