First time trying this pho place and it did not disappoint. It’s on the pricier side but well worth it. Their broth is tasty and there is enough meat! They have huge servings so one bowl of Pho can be shared by two people. The customer service is amazing and they have huge selection of drinks to choose from. If you pay cash there is 5% discount. Highly recommend.

I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. I found an object resembling steel wool or a scrubber in my food. While the staff replaced the dish, it was brought back in just a few minutes, despite the server saying it would take longer to prepare a new one. This made me question whether the dish was genuinely remade or simply reheated after removing the object. Additionally, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue, leaving me disappointed with both the food quality and the service.

This location was opened for couple weeks. We came to give a try (and no need to drive all the way up to Richmond hill for it). The restaurant is bright and tables are not too closed to each other, so you don’t feel uncomfortable. However, the two trays on table for sauce, chopsticks and so on take a quarter of the width of the table. To the food, first impression was the plate and bowls are huge. But it doesn’t mean the portion is huge. It has lot of soups and covered up all noodles and meats. Only one size for noodle soups, and it is similar to the large size in some other pho restaurants (but with an XL bowl). Favour is ok. Will feel thirsty afterward due to MSG. The rice dish is good. The chicken is juicy. The vermicelli is not bad, but it has way too many onion than the beef. Spring roll looks a bit small on the huge plate. May come back again but this kind of newer Vietnamese restaurants opened everywhere now (and keep opening). One last thing, I have noticed that their floor is a bit sticky, may be only tonight. If you notice that, just be careful .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had an amazing experience at Dear Saigon! The pho was absolutely delicious – rich, savory broth, tender meat, and fresh herbs that brought it all together perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their dishes. Definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic pho. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I Tried pretty much every much every pho restaurant all over Durham, Toronto and north York and this is the best place! Have been coming here for years. Very authentic. Portions are amazing. Quality of meat is great!! Love how they have extra garlic and peppers on the side to add in. Best spot around!

Love the authentic pho! Most of the pho restaurants I have been to always make me very thirsty after, but not this location! We have been coming here ever since they opened! Always greeted with a smile :)

This was my very first time visiting dear Saigon and it definitely won't be my last . Today was their grand opening and they had free pho for the first customers plus buy one get one offers. The interior is cozy with ample seating. There was a steady of flow people waiting to try their delicious food. The Dear Saigon Pho was phenomenal 10/10. The broth was amazing and the tower so photogenic. The chicken pad Thai was an enormous portion and so flavorful. This was my first time having a Coconut Pandan Latte. This was an absolute knockout. Best drink I've had in quite some time; Highly recommend!

This was my first time dining in this location and I had a pretty good first experience. I dined here with my friends for lunch and each person spent around $16-$25. I ordered grilled chicken with vermicelli noodles for $15.95 as seen attached on this post. I had a really good first impression with this dish as the portion was 10/10. 10/10 plating. 10/10 freshness and the taste of the vegetables. 9/10 grilled chicken. Additionally, I would have preferred to have a little more peanuts on the side but it’s definitely up to your preferences :) 9/10 overall. I also wanted to add that the atmosphere of this restaurant was amazing. We sat there eating and enjoying our company and the music they played. Definitely recommend!
