Dav’s Hotspot Restaurant + Lounge

I called in my order and the person that answered was very helpful and explained the meal options to me. Upon arrival the cashier was also pleasant (I'm not sure if it was the same person ). The dining area and washroom was very clean. Although the food was delicious I'm not a fan of the garlic bread. I would eat here again! Highly recommend Dav's HotSpot 8.5/10

Went in for a night out, it was pretty hit or miss. I got the Loaded Mac N Cheese and the Rasta Pasta. The Mac N Cheese was great—super creamy and packed with flavor. The Rasta Pasta, though, was disappointing. The Jerk Chicken tasted burnt, and that just threw the whole dish off. I also tried the wings, but they were way too salty, which made them hard to enjoy. The shrimp in the Loaded Mac was amazing though. What really killed the experience was the service. My order was supposed to be ready in 20-25 minutes, but I ended up waiting 40-45 minutes. When I asked the staff for updates, they seemed annoyed, like I was bothering them for wanting to know what was going on. No apologies, no explanations, just bad energy. The food had its good moments, but the service really dragged the whole experience down. Overall, I’d give it a 3/5. Honestly I’d go again, but it’s not worth dealing with that kind of service for me.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I waited an hour and 15 minutes without being informed about a wait time. Every person who ordered after me received their food first. When I finally asked the cashier about the delay, she responded with attitude, claiming there was a 45-minute wait—something I hadn’t been told at all. While the food is usually good, this level of disrespect makes me think twice about returning. Customer service matters, and this situation could have been handled much better. Disrespectful treatment like this doesn’t deserve my business.

The food looks and smells really good. The Rasta pasta wasn’t super amazing however. The Mac n cheese was lacking some flavour and spices. It was very bland and not very cheesy, just creamy. The food was a little underwhelming and just requires some more flavour. Has a lot of potential

Food looks good tasty. However, quality is poor. The wings saucy but very hard to chew. The pasta sauce has nice flavor, but the pasta overcooked with no salt. Pinky, the cashier was not helpful and did not take my order properly. As a first-time customer, I didn't feel welcome, nor was I informed of any specials of the day. The seating area was very clean and tidy. Hope they can improve.

Amazing food!!! Hands down the best wings i have had so far….staff is really nice, place is big and clean…..their sauce is to die for…..Portions are huge. My kids loved the wings too. Alfredo paste is really good. i have been following their instagram page for ages and had high hopes for the food and this place sure lived up to all expectations.

This is the type of food that will have you waiting over an hour just to taste it. As someone who constantly adds seasonings to their food even after it's already made, I can say that Dav’s will always hit the spot. Whoever their cook is definitely deserves everything they've ever wanted. We ordered two Fully Loaded Macs, which come with jumbo shrimp and honey garlic wings; a Loaded Rasta, which comes with boneless jerk chicken and four jumbo shrimp; and lastly, chicken loaded fries. We placed our order on Uber Eats 30 minutes before we arrived, but we still had to wait more than an hour to get our food. We were all getting frustrated, but once we got to try it, oh my gosh, it was worth the wait. All I can say is there was nothing I didn’t like about the flavors, the texture, or how it was made. It was all so perfect. I don't usually eat spicy food, but it was so good I had to keep going. The spice was just perfect. It's definitely overpriced, but it was worth every penny. Customer service was great, even though it took so long to get our orders. They handled it perfectly, despite the delivery guys also getting irritated.

First time ever trying. Came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. There was 2 of us and we ordered 5 items to share. So much food we took some home. But if you’re looking for authentic dishes but with their spin. And it was amazing. Jerk chicken wrap, loaded fries (best loaded fries I’ve ever tried especially with the SECRET sauce), wings, Mac and cheese, loaded pasta dish etc. portions were great and taste amazing. I will drive again from London to try it again.
