The new (old) restaurant in the location of the Black Forest Inn was absolutely amazing! The food is as good as i remember it was before "the bad times" under previous management. The portions were generous, the pricing was right on point and the service was amazing! The only complaint I have is that they haven't yet had their liquor license transferred to the new owners yet, but that's not a huge concern as it's a fleeting complaint. I'm so very happy that there is a better option than going into Buffalo to go to Hofbrauhaus for what has become disappointing experiences.

We were sad to hear that the Black Forest Inn closed and very excited to see it reopen as das schnitzel haus. The food and service were excellent and we're going back!

Had a lovely time here the other day! Big portions and delicious food. I would say that the schnitzel is a little thinner than I’d like but it was really good! Really friendly people and a happy place to enjoy a meal!
