We ordered two blizzards one with strawberry cheesecake and one with pumpkin pie. Both do not contain peanuts. But my girlfriend had her strawberry blizzard and it contained peanuts. We had to go to a hospital. Once we called the store Simran answered and was not apologetic. She even laughed at us. We will be suing this store and looking for the staff to be removed. Due to them not complying to simple food handling requirements. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE.

Oh my days, I went to scoop me some ice cream. The service was outta this world, some fella named Katie. I got my order served asap with no disappointments. Even them tables were clean too. 10/10.

I took a school trip here with over 100 students. We called them ahead of time that day to let them we were coming with our large group. And they were so great at accommodating our group, we went in groups of 20 in the restaurant for the students to order their ice cream, then once they all received their ice cream the next group came. Everything ran so smoothly, the manager was so generous, sweet, organized and accommodating, it was such a positive experience. They got everyone's orders in and we were out in what felt like 30 minutes or so, which was pretty impressive considering our numbers. Would recommend!

We ordered the brownie and oreo cupfection and asked to heatup the brownie in our order but it was cold and hard and when we told them about it. They said we cant do anything about it because you took bite of it. How can someone tell about the food without tasting it?

Been to this location a far bit, I appreciate and prefer this location over the keele and Rutherford location by a long shot. Weston Rd. Dairy Queen runs a tight ship, clean and you always get a quality good portioned treat!!

The store is located at Rutherford and Weston. Unfortunately, my husband accidentally picked up the wrong cake. Despite my immediate call within 5 minutes of the purchase, they refused to exchange or refund it. I won’t be returning to this location or Dairy Queen. Fortinos offers ice cream cakes that are not only better value for the cost but also provide superior customer service.

This location always fills the cup 4/5ths of the way like some cheap ploy to increase profits. I’m going to go the Highway 7 location from now on where you get what you pay for.
