Dairy Queen (Treat)

I asked for extra caramel. I am 1/3 through and there is no caramel. Even if there's more at the bottom it's a terrible caramel distribution.

It's okay. When my friends and I came here it was just us. The cashier prepared the order fairly quickly and we left.

Unfortunately our cashier had a terrible attitude. I placed my order and the cashier just starred at me for a solid 20 seconds. I guess she didn’t hear me but one would think she would say something. Instead she just deadpan starred me down. My husband repeated and she started inputting the order. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I guess that annoyed her so she gave us the smallest medium cones Ive ever gotten and silently handed over our stuff. Cashier : tan skin with extreme eyelash extensions.

Avoid this location.. ordered a mini strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it came with a total of 1 and a half pieces, if you could call it that, of cheesecake. The staff serving me did not give me a spoon nor did they even follow their own Tshirts that tell them to flip the blizzard upside down. Extremely disappointed and an awful experience overall. Won't be coming back here nor should anyone else. There are other dairy queen locations in the area that are better.

More and more we are buying the cakes from Dairy Queen as opposed to Baskin Robbins. They are refreshing and more reasonably priced. The Dilly bars are liked as well. This Dairy Queen has been there for a lot of years. They would do well to improve on the facilities of this location. The opportunity from the Downsview lands traffic should help them to keep the business to be stable

Zero stars if I could for the disgusting behavior of the staff today. My wife was there with our 3 year old son and accidentally left her phone. Not long after she realized and returned. The staff insisted there wasn’t a phone turned in. My wife went home and checked the “Find my iPhone” feature which placed it still at the Dairy Queen. My wife returned to the store and advised the staff of this while also calling the phone from another phone. At this point she could hear the phone ringing. The staff finally turned the phone over. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!

Great service, all of their frozen treats are really good, and the sundaes tastes fresh with a nice smooth texture. Only bad thing about the store itself is the interior, as it looks very outdated and is not big at all. Definitely not a big deal since the wait isn't that long and service is usually good, but it could help customers feel more relaxed and enjoy their ice cream more.
