Dairy Queen (Treat)

Went in for a milk shake the other night .. was quite disappointed with the level of service as everyone behind the counter seemed mentally checked out and reluctant to take my order.. the milkshake itself was not very good and they used some very old whipped cream which instantly solidified and was uneatable … furthermore DQ over the years have decreased sizes and upped prices.. long gone are the days of extra large milk shake sizes for an additional 25 cents .. price point no longer makes sense and I would rather support local by going to Tom’s Dairy Freeze a little farther down the street. Thank you.

The employee in this location appears to be miserable. There was a woman there that appears to be of African descent who wears a super blonde wig that just doesn’t care about her performance of the job. When my blizzard was ready, she just put it on the side counter and didn’t even bother to announce that it was ready. The blizzard was melting. She did not even turn it upside down as part of their normal process. This happened on the evening of 09/25/2024. In addition to this, the woman there wearing hijab is another miserable employee. She just stared at customers coming in instead of welcoming them and assisting. What is the matter with DQ employees and why is DQ hiring such staff that exhibits little to none when it comes to professionalism? This DQ location perfectly exemplifies poor customer service that is not getting any better anytime soon. Please go somewhere else. This location will just give you disappointment big time.

I don’t know what type of measurement they use for their toppings but it must be one for ants… no cause why is my blizzard lacking all the toppings? not the first time, this is an issue every time. quality of food is not so great here for the high prices they have. also their ice cream is ALWAYS super soft. why are the blizzards so runny? I’ve worked at dairy queen for 15 years and i’d never consider that service and quality acceptable 🤦🏻‍♀️

Extremely poor service, 09-09-2024 I went in to get a pumpkin pie blizzard and the cashier lady in the hijab made me this melted mess. When I asked her to just remake it she said this was not in store policy to correct this mistake. I find this strange since I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for years. The employees at this location have no oversight or else they would not act on such an unprofessional manner. I would love for the store manager to contact me to resolve this.

This is a pretty mid ice cream joint. While I haven’t had anything terrible, nothing is that great. The soft serve lacks flavour, so your best option is getting a blizzard with strong flavoured mix ins to make up for it.

So this is what passes as a banana split. Hardly any ice cream, but still a nice price of over $10 .. do not mind paying money for well-made things, this wasn't one of them.

I Went here for Blizzards tonight. Pretty good. Got the cheesecake one and didn't disappoint, like all dairy queens I have been to. The interior is nice, doesn't have a ton of seating tho. The restaurant does have a restroom inside of it. Clean interior and exterior as well.

Love coming to Dairy Queen!!! I got the banana split and it was delicious 😋 Blizzards are also one of my favourites but I thought I try the banana split today and it was really good 👍 🍦 🍨 The staff are also very friendly and work quickly!
