Offerings are good, but there is no queue management or anything. I was waiting to order for 5 minutes and someone else enters and is taken by the employee before I could even realize. There are no signs where to form a queue, too bad.

staff are friendly and lien to serve you. the quality of their products is made well. there are lots of options to choose from. Parking is tight, especially in the summer, and the lines can get a bit long. They have a drive-through, which is nice.

First time here at this location and it was an ok service I don't have anything to complain about because I was the only one there to serve, the staff seemed attentive but then again it was only me but she was nice and did her part of the job well, there is a drive thru to which I have not tested yet, this location doesn't sell food and there ice cream is delicious I love DQ ice cream and there cake are also awesome. I say give it a try for yourself because there is room inside to wait for nowhere to sit inside but you can sit outside or in your car, I say try it out for yourself because DQ is awesome with ice cream 😁.

Hot Fudge Milkshake is da bomb! A hot fudge sundae in liquid form, for those on the go! It is a large store with plenty of space for customers. Friendly staff who are attentive and accommodating. The outside dining area is nice in the summer. Treats for most tastes here. I just wish it was also a Braizer with burgers and fries! Dairy Queen is a popular fast-food chain known for its ice cream treats and. Their menu typically includes a variety of Blizzard treats, soft-serve ice cream, milkshakes, and more.

They are open. Only a number of people can enter at a time. I didn't see them sanitize after each customer. It looks like this particular location is Asian own now. Use to be a diverse group of workers working there. They are a selective group only offering coupons to a certain race. I won't be going back to this location base on what I experienced. The ice cream cake was good as usual.

WHERES THE FUDGE??? Look at my pictures. Got a 10 inch cake yesterday and today. These cakes cost $35. They are supposed to contain a thick fudge layer and a chocolate crumble layer. In both cakes the crumbles were there in the proper amount but the fudge layer is nearly non existant. You can see a shiny little pocket smattered around the outer edge. Otherwise it's a tiny film barely present at all like butter on bread. I'm 54. Grew up on these cakes. Love these cakes. Have had them all over Canada. Never found a franchise that cheaped out on the best part of the cake like this location has done. TWICE. I feel shorting the fudge layer simply said HURTS THE DQ BRAND. DQ has web site sample pictures of cakes with slices out to show the distinct thick layers of fudge and crumble that consumers should expect to find when buying a DQ cake. Is that FALSE or MISLEADING ADVERTISING when products sold dont accurately resemble what's advertised? Weston road location made them properly now sadly they recently closed. MAYBE THEY WERE PUTTING TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE FUDGE IN THEIR CAKES. ☹ What I got didnt feel like it was worth 35 bucks and soiled my opinion of DQ which until today was 5 star. What's the mark up on some soft serve fudge and cookie bits. You guys are supposed to be the gold standard of ice cream cakes. Is DQ so hard up for profit that they are willing to skimp on the one ingredient that made these high priced treats worth buying? Must be really REALLY R E A L L Y expensive fudge.$$$$
