Dairy Queen (Treat)

I asked for chocolate soft serve, they said they don't have it there. I look, and there it is. Now, I understand they use that for making their ice cream cakes and whatnot, but what is the harm in offering it to customers getting ice creams treats? Most other Dairy Queens offer chocolate soft serve for ice cream treats as well. Hoping they will change this antiquated policy.

Been to this location 2 days this month for ice cream cakes. The gentleman working there is always so helpful, patient and friendly. He will go above and beyond for you which I really appreciate while planning a hectic birthday party. Thank you! Will be back and 100% recommend.

Got Blizzard for my friend’s kid but it was already melted. Only 5 minutes passed after the order. So it was probably already melted. I didn’t see that it was melted because of the fountain drink cap. We had to put it in the freezer. Look on his face was priceless tho lol

Very nice staff. I had an ordering issue through a delivery service app last night and called the store to see if the problem was something on their end. It wasn’t , it was mine. They were extremely polite and professional and took the time to explain to me why the ordered ended up coming in wrong and how to avoid it next time on two separate calls.

Unprofessional service.. I called the second I placed an Uber order and I requested a different item in my blizzard. This is outrageous. They said the delivery guy “already picked it up” they completely lied. How can they make all three orders and give it to the delivery driver in under three minutes? What was the reason for lying? Completely unsatisfied and disappointed. I tried calling again but they hung up on me. Will not be ordering from here again

Fast service. The online orders were ready for pickup upon my arrival. Great experience with Dairy Queen. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Nice DQ, never too busy. If only they offered Grill and not just Chill! It's too bad the servers don't really care and will just handle your ice cream like it's dogfood. - Misinformed about Blizzard of the Month - Shoved my bliz with a cold drink lid - No upside-down flip - Melted ice cream was more like cold soup All in all, a decent DQ. Don't expect fireworks.

Visited on Easter Sunday was glad they were open ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard & a strawberry banana smoothie, both tasted great, service was prompt , interior was very clean, lots of frozen dessert selections including ice cream cakes and cupcakes , downside is the seating which is a small bench that can seat about 2 ppl.
