I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my kid's birthday from this location. A lady named Anush (hopefully spelled correctly) took my order and patiently discussed my vision so she understood every detail. Thankfully, she also took the time to make the cake herself and she absolutely nailed it. She is amazing, with next-level customer service skills. Will definitely come back to her for all my ice cream cake needs in the future :)

Well, Recently i went to the DQ store and honestly DQ'S all blizzard are very tasty. I had tasted chocolate chips and seriously is very tasty and i love it. Thank you to the store managers they are very humble. Personally, i suggest to visit this store.❤️

Dairy Queen (1646 Bloor St W, Toronto location) gave me this “Fan First Promise” coupon for a free small Blizzard after a previous mix-up. I tried to redeem it today and they refused because it had no “store stamp” on it. Isn’t that their fault then? Some promise!?

I ordered two strawberry parfaits tonight, thinking I’d share some nostalgia with my son. It’s no longer on the menu at DQ. The really nice guy at cash hadn’t heard of it. After a description from memory, what came out was nicer than I’d even remembered. I was very happy. The service was very good.

I ordered a birthday cake for my birthday and it came out amazing. They really paid attention to detail and did their absolute best to make it the same as the reference. While telling them the details they really paid attention and even mixed colours to make it pastel! Overall the best customer service and very well done cake
