This place is PERMANENTLY closed. I have repeatedly reported this here on Google Maps but they refuse to change the label.

It looks like this place must be having staffing issues. I visited twice 3 hours apart on a Friday mid-afternoon to get a birthday cake right before Jay's game that was starting when they would probably be most busy and the door was locked and the lights were out. Well within their posted hours.

This is more like 0 stars. I should have read the previous reviews, as I had ordered a custom cake for a birthday party. I ordered it 2 days prior, as per the website instructions. Upon pickup, the store was dark and there was an employee sitting in the back. I walked in, asked for my cake and the guy had no clue what I was talking about. He just told me that the fridge was broken. I showed him my confirmation email and he looked confused but had no sense of empathy nor did he apologize. He called someone asking if they had accepted an online order and after the call just offered me some nondairy ice cream sticks. It was only a pack of 6 and I had ordered the largest cake size because I was attending a birthday party for 30 people. What is 6 pieces of ice cream going to do for me?? He kept telling me the fridge was broken and I stood there angry because this should have been communicated earlier rather than me just showing up expecting to receive my cake. No apology, no sense of guilt or remorse. I’m so glad I did not pay beforehand but I still feel cheated. I ended up having to rush to Baskin Robbins to get a pre-made cake. THIS STORE NEEDS TO GET SOME SERIOUS MAKEOVER AND NEW MANAGEMENT. This is horrible customer service and I don’t know how they are still standing. I will leave another review on the website to ensure they do not allow other people from ordering from this location. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Previous positive experiences unfortunately don't outweigh the more recent experiences. It's not even close to closing time and the place is lights out and locked (9:30pm, 8:00pm) the last few times we came. The google hours clearly stated 10:30pm closing time, and the light up sign in the window states 10:00pm closing time. I understand closing early on a not so busy night, but not THIS EARLY. And not this frequently.

I don't know what has happened to this place in the past 2 years, but this place is filthy dirty! I keep going there telling myself that maybe it was only this time but it has been disgusting dirty straight for the past 20 times I went there and nowadays started to stink as well. I will not go to this location anymore!

The line and the waiting time wasn’t that long. I ordered the Reese’s cookie dough but there were also M&M bits which wasn’t stated in the menu! I didn’t like it.

Not blended smoothie Update: Okay I went back because maybe a one off.. I asked for a small smoothie and he charged me for a medium, I paid but it immediately registered to me that it was expensive and I said something The guy said “we don’t have a button for small”.. Okay so give me a medium and maybe tell me lol.. don’t just charge me for a bigger size
